ok i reinstalled the game and i applyed the english patch..it works normally but when i'v installed the patch 1.01 and re applied the language patch the commands didnt work again .. after i tried to replace the new bin.pbo with the old one of 1.0 version and the commands work normally but ther r problems of configuration.. so i think there is something wrong in dta/bin.pbo.. solutions??? :)

i'v got the same problem, i have the downloaded version and then i applyed the english patch but seems there is a problem with voice config. hope that someone will fix it
