    So I decided to get back into the game after a few months because of a recent AH-1Z thread on another forum. I begin installing, until it gets to dubbing.plo, and then it fails a CRC check. I tried unzipping the .gz file myself, and it also fails.

    This is the first time I've tried to install since installing Win7, but it installed fine when I had Vista previously, same hardware setup.

    Never mind. Took it to a shop and exchanged it for a fresh copy, all is well now :)

    Trying to get ArmA II up and running on my new Win7 x64 machine. Pop in the DVD the first time, installs just fine to C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmAII.

    Try to install 1.05 patch. It fails. I figure it is because it cannot get the permissions to modify files in the Program Files directory (like some Fallout 3 mods).

    I uninstall, then try to reinstall elsewhere. Regardless of where I install now, it fails early on, citing a CRC failure with one of the .pbo files. Restarting Windows and trying again has no effect.

    Any ideas? I really want to get back into this game since my hardware upgrade, but cant!:(
