Oh, well then the models already have them I think. All that would be needed is the ?script? for it to be active. I'm having dreams about walking up to a Coyota Pickup truck and seeing shells stacked inside the cab/in the bed. :D Hurtlocker anybody? ;) -

It's still alive? That's very good news. As for the jammers, what i meant was I don't think he should add something specifically for this mod. Maybe add a jammer model to the vehicle (depending on what it looks like & if it's visible to us) but the function of jamming IEDs should be part of this mod. So it would be a code you put in the init line of the MRAP. -
The see through hull from dust (and i'm guessing fire) is an rvmat issue. That's about all I know. Hope it helps

The French Mod was cancelled, and I don't think namann2 should put jammers on the vehicle. This mod should add them & there should be an init line code that adds a jammer function. -

Why the hell is everybody wanting every mod to be ACE compatible? It's not "One mod to rule them all, one mod to find them, One mod to bring them all and in the darkness bind them." for fraks sake. I have nothing against the mod (My Unit plays it) but seriously people, stop asking every mod team in the community to make their work ACE Compatible. A.C.E. Should make their work compatible not the other way around. Invasion 1944 was a great mod for ArmA 1 and I am sure it will be a great mod for ArmA 2. Who cares if it's not "ACE Compatible"? I know of several mods that won't be. *Edit* Sorry about that. I had several tabs up & got to this one and posted without refreshing* -

Hmm... I always remembered PR as the ultimate realism mod. Even with ACE1 & 2. (Then again my BF2 crapped out a while back so I couldn't really compare the 2 in real time, i just went by my memories of long ass patrols with my friends & clanmates, & moving slowly through alleyways in search of IEDs, Getting stoned by civilians & not being able to shoot back*I will never forget the time 4 civs jumped me and stoned me to death*) I'm very glad to see it being brought over to ArmA2. Hat's off to the PR Team & Welcome To ArmA2. -
The 31st Normandy mod has a floating Catalina plane. Maybe you could send one of their team members a PM. I'm sure they would be willing to help ya. There was also a floating aircraft addon for ArmA 1. It had a couple JSDF Aircraft.

Bit of a shock when I started the mission IN A GLIDER! lol. Well not that shocking. What's shocking is that I was the pilot & didn't know it till 3 minutes later when we blew up. I wasn't prepared to fly right away & it just so happens that my joystick throttle was set to full reverse. :D Love the checkpoints & how you came up with a way for the AI manning them to "see". -

I love this mod. Got the chance to try out a small armor enagement last night. I love those new shermans. Even though they blew my ass, and the asses of my 1st squad, into oblivion. AI gunner couldn't find the tank (hidden in high cover/between buildings) and hit him fast enough. :D The "D-Day" Skytrain (I think that's it) looks good. I am just curious if your planning on adding a door, and maybe making the textures a bit better. Something like the ones seen on Band of Brothers would be good imho. (Just my opinion. It looks good now, that's only a suggestion to make it a bit better) -

Your basically asking for the exact same thing, even if you think you aren't. Nobody would create what you wanted from scratch & now your trying to get somebody to convert a tank that can pass for what you originally wanted. Anyways, you will need cPBO or something similar, The Tools may come in handy, you will probably have to rename some stuff & rework the config. Then again, depending on the particular addon you "need" it may take alot more, or a little less. -

I love this mod so far. I only have 3 "issues" with it #1 - The organization of the units is all over the place, I played around with the mod for about an hour & I don't think i've even seen all the vehicles yet. Is it possible to create your own section? Or maybe a subsection under empty? #2 - The old Sherman really needs to be scrapped, the knew ones looks fantastic so there shouldn't be much of a problem if the old one is removed should there? #3 - The textures on alot of the vehicles could use improvement. *P.S. - Is the DUKW supposed to be completely white in this beta? I also see about 4 tanks with white treads. I'm not sure if these are because those parts are WIP or if my download screwed up, I ask because previous people with this issue were told their download was messed up, while mine had no issues.* -
