    I don't know if you would need a whole lot of them. From what I have seen the numerous times I have driven across New Mexico/Arizona/South Eastern California, I didn't see a whole lot of rocks. Some "Cacti" and bushes/small trees every now and then, but other than the very large "hills/rock formations i remember a whole lot of desert. :)

    Holy hell! This thing looks amazing. I flew a Venom across a couple of the islands last night. I also made the mistake of starting in the bottom left corner. This map is just screaming for the Shark addon. lol. I love it. I spent some time flying through valleys, around mountains, and going "feet wet" and "feet dry" from island to island. Brings back some memories. I can't wait for this one!

    I've created a firebase template for ArmA 2. It started as me trying to create one as close to the real ones as possible, but then I realized that people would start pointing out all the things I missed so I decided I'd use the layout from the pictures of Artillery Emplacements I found & make a fictional CDF firebase around them. Each gun pit is connected to the others & to the "encampment" by trenches. Long, hard to place right, trenches. There are DShKM positions in the trenches for defense purposes. At the present time the only way into the compound is either by hopping over a trench wall or landing on the helipad. The placement on Chernarus is just a nice clear spot that I could find, although I wish I had more Vietnam like terrain to work with. There is an empty "enclosure" between part of the trench and the HESCO walled compound. It's reserved for future construction/better escape route, although it would currently be a good area for livestock. I have some spare time, so if you have any requests I'll try & do them. Links to info & pictures on a request would be nice though. P.S. - Don't hurt the unit mascot! :D

    First link shows part of what looks like a prototype. The dashboard and the rest have been changed in the pics namman found. The 2nd link shows something that isn't an RG-33, and it doesn't show seating or radios, radio mounts etc.- just 3 stretchers.

    I'm talking about DETAILED pictures, taken from INSIDE the vehicle. Pictures showing the dash, the radio mounts, the seating arrangements, the fact that the seats are suspended, the shape of the bottom of the vehicle, EVERYTHING. I know that pictures taken of the exterior are different from the interior. I'm not stupid (although whoever took those damn pictures is!). Anyways, what you have so far looks good namman. Can't wait for it & any updates on the others.

    Operational Security. Whoever posted up that album on google fucked up big time. The dash alone on the RG-33 is highly classified, and the seating layout pictures could get people killed. Not to mention it showed (i think) radio mounts, highly detailed interior shots, etc. etc.

I don't know if it's been done before, or if it's even something that can be done...

    I just found out that when you get a certain distance away (100 meters i think) The Pinzgauers disappear. Completely. Scared me the first time it happened lol. Also I found you can crawl straight through the tracks on the T-55. Gave me a laugh when one went to run me over.

    Takistan Camo

    Has anybody noticed that the Takistan soldiers use basically the exact same camouflage that the Royal Army Corps of Sahrani (RACS) used back in ArmA 1, but with a little bit more dirt on the tan sections? I can understand reskinning alot of the old models & stuff, but reusing the RACS Camo scheme? Bohemia, I beg you to change it. It doesn't have to be a big change, just something that makes it different from the RACS

    Why does everybody on the forums these days want every addon to be compatible with ACE? Just because it is a nice mod doesn't mean that it automatically becomes the standard. Some people can't be bothered to make sure that their stuff "plugs in" with some other mod, just because it is popular. I think ACE is a good mod, but wth is up with all the people demanding everything else be tailored for it? People have actually started pming addon makers, demanding that their work be compatible, and some are even threatening bodily harm these days. What is happening to everybody? Your all turning into COD4 players here. Sheesh. @KiKi: I noticed the gas masks your guys are wearing. Could this mean MOPP suits will be in this campaign?

    Simply put, you can't. They were only given out to people who registered on their forums, and I believe that since since they shut down their servers and moved the mod to ArmA II you won't be able to find them.
