So far I'm in love with the map. One of the best to date, for sure. Still have to spend more time exploring, but everything looks great. My only nitpick is the C-130 crash site, would it be possible to have the trail come in from that long-ish street off to the... east? (I think it's the east) The way it is now makes it appear as if it crashed straight into the church, and then just appeared out the other side to cause that gouge in the ground. P.S. - There's one building that amazes and intrigues me, what with how you made it out of existing objects and what it's purpose is. I'll try and upload a screenshot of the one I mean. -

We call your kind hippies. I think. I lived in the SD area for a while, including one place 3 streets up from the beach, and I've gotta tell you. Your Mexican problem ain't getting any better. (Although it isn't quite up to the El Paso level yet.) :D (Also, SoCal has nicer drivers for the most part, compared to the rest of the nation. *excluding the southeast*. Saw a lot less road rage out there) @Cleggy - I'm a military nut. I've spent hours at a time compiling information on misc./random equipment, sort of creating my own database. I've slacked off a bit recently, and lost a bit of my external that I need to redo, but I know stuff about everything from the BAF, to the CHP, to the Albanian Coast Guard. :p -
Because, it's a pain in the ass to do when the ship has so many separate parts to the model. JDog has done a fantastic job with the Nimitz, but it's not designed to be movable. Not all ships have to be movable, Hicks. The Nimitz has more functionality and more little things that add to the experience because of the fact that it's a static object. (Well, objects. A bunch of well put together objects)

I use a modified version of Laqueesha's apparently. As I fly transport helos most of the time I find it comes in handy to carry colored smoke, a single satchel (I normally play Domi, and if I get shot down beyond the red line and the bird lands intact I blow it up, to both simulate preventing it from being captured and to have it respawn), and enough M203 rounds to cover my ass as I run towards my extraction LZ if I get shot down. x1 M16A4 ACOG M203 x1 M1911 x1 NVGs x1 Compass x1 GPS x1 Map x1 Radio x1 Watch x6 30rnd STANAG x1 Satchel Charge x2 Frag Grenades x1 White Smoke Grenade x1 Red Smoke Grenade x1 Purple Smoke Grenade (It's the most visible from a pilots perspective. Comes in handy big time when the shit hits the fan and you need CAS or EVAC.) x2 M1911 Magazines x5 M203 HE Grenades x1 M203 White Smoke Grenade -

Well you have to understand that the rank system in A2 doesn't mean squat. All it does is define which numbers are used to denote that particular units skill. There may be a way to change how each rank is named in the editor though, I'm not sure.

@Hans - You don't have to tell me, I'm from Texas! But, like I said, not all southern communities are pro-life. It may be the bible belt (and I know, I've lived in Alabama, currently living in Tennessee, and have relatives scattered throughout the Carolinas like buckshot.) but you'd be surprised at how many churchgoers out here in the deep south are pro-choice.

As much as I dislike the whole issue, the government needs to stay the fuck away from that question. It's up to the mother to decide if she wants to keep the child, although personally I think it should be the mother and father. (Please don't stereotype the south as extremely Pro-life. Some communities are, but definitely not all, or even most.)

Yes they can move, and yes they can move well. I've taken a frigate between the mini-islands/rocks on Utes, full speed right before low tide, and managed to stop myself from grounding. Just download Gnats ships sometime. There are plenty of other mods that have large ships, including SFP. Just look around.
