I too saw Star Wars when I was 7 in 1977(sucks getting old) :D 45 today yikes, yes us old .... play video games too. Anyways look forwardd to see what Ahbrams comes up with, just won't be the same without George Lucas at the wheel.

Same thing happend in ArmA1 an ArmA2 I believe. I just immiadiatly banned all the idiots seems like A3 has more idiots now than ever in the series. Sure some accidents happends but 9 times out of 10 it's blatant tking. I dont host anymore nor will I ever host another server it's just not worth the $/headache. ArmA3 popularity(along with DayZ) has just brought 100 fold more idiots to the game. -

I had an AMD .955 x4 @ 3.20 ghz with 4g an NVidia 660 runing ArmA2 an OA off an on ran game well with shadows on very high pp off AA off, everything else to normal. Be sure to match descktop resolution an game resolution(check Arma profile to cconfirm) This allowed me 5k view distance with grass off in mp. Sadly this would not run ArmA3(not the 5k vd I require for flying) hope maybe this helps narrow down for ArmA2. 100% pure win, very impressed the screenshot dores'nt do the new game feature justice. Somthing I think alot have wanted for awhile was commander slot to be able to equipt rifles/pistols or binoes while turned out. Yeah i've had this happen to me a few times here recently also. Not sure if it's BE failing or what is going on. Awhile back it used to typically be the steam ticket failed but this i think might be somthing else.

So I got a nice new shiny SSD in mail yesterday. After re-installing everything +ArmA noticed today after initially testing on dev branch that I can no longer use left control an wsad keys to change the custom stance introduced in ArmA3. not sure where the hiccup is here anythoughts b4 i complete delete an re-install of ArmA3? Noticed issue on stable branch don't recall trying it on dev since I switched back to stable to test mp performance etc. Also tried to find these controls under infantry control an could'nt find em.

Is the occasional HEX screen appearing for everyone? I get that an the random prompt to visit the store, also get a lockout popup when trying to use the Soflam. Yes I have the DLC Bundle. Yes I know it happend for the Heli DLC also just thought maybe BI had it sorted this time around. -
Have the bundle also an can play but get the hex screen from time to time an got a lock out on the soflam(or whatever it's called). Linked it to my player in grp in editor to test but it won't let me access it. Seems like same thing happend first day or two of the heli dlc til BI sorted it.

Yeah this was all taking COOP in mind, not real fond of pvp in ArmA(to each there own) though I can imagine missions like KOTH they being fairly expensive. I like the new ghilies theres just somthing OFP about em,they so looking simalar to me that is. Maybe it was me but did I recall seeing various colored ghilies for various vegetation etc. Seems like now I recall seeing various ones in VA or maybe it was me. Just had an awsome idea maybe for a contest to help sell/premote the marksman dlc an have a player with a ghilie hiding competition with a player conceled an the person who can find em in the screen shot gets a free copy of the marksman DLC. I seem to recall BI doing that once with a ambush team an ppl had to try an figure out there way thru it or somthing like that.. just a thought :D

Yes they stated they plan to stage it in Dev this week. About 1/2 way thru the video Jay mentions it I believe but they clearly stated this week if all goes as planned. Deployment won't be til later as there still workig on it. But weapons an resting(not sure about the Garage though). :D I'm stoked can't wait to try out that upgraded VSS with a bigger boom boom, god I don't relish the thought of being on the recieving end of that like they mentioned :D TG for VAS an Virtual Aresenal.
