I was gonna post same thing. played coop campaign an memories of OFP casme flooding thru! An it is by know means even close to the ArmA1 campaign, totally differnt approach tactically imersive an feeling like OFP was! I smell definate surprise hit for 09 an all the guys who put it down are just gonna miss out.

What about warfare anybody opened that just to take a peak? How compatible would it be for differnt addons from ArmA1-Tank Fire control differnt than A1?

1st downloadable version available I'm getting as b4 not waiting 6 months for a US release when i can have it a cpl hrs after the dl comes available. I can always buy a hard copy later(gold) etc by that time if thats the case.

Hmm pulled every trick outta the hat to try an get this to run. However still aint been able to play it reinstalled several times an dl'd twice But as this is a mod I installed to C/prog file Atari/ArmA in this folder I don't see anything to the "Note that there will be installed a file called cwr.ico which can be used as icon for our shortcuts." i tried clicking the batch file thingy an it just opens a black box blinks then disappers an nothing happends. Probably just me being a noob an forgettin somthing. I also tried running as a mod but no go. Thanx again for the help. Find a secluded area drop some USMC, an some bad guys an some bad guys, place a Civ as playable an watch the onslaught. See whats new/diff with AI real time. Maybe let a female civie take me on grand tour in C130 8)- Or maybe go bike riding with female Civie across Chenarus.

In almost every game I've played other than obviously ArmA-OFP I've spread the word an then spread it some more. What sux is the well deal between BIS an them other guys an ppl refering to OFP(new) as the actual sequel to OFP an get the mix up with ArmA/ArmAII. Then u got those that don't believe in sim an want to run n gun, which I absolutly despise now. An the funny thing too is I go into say Gamestop an ask about info on ArmA an now ArmAII an they look at me like they've never heard of it or worse they do a search for it an can't find any info on it. A lil TV time here in the states would'nt hurt but well as I see all kinds of games advertised on tv commercials an such but I don't even recall seeing OFP ever on a commercial in the US. I'm just happy it was a game I bought an took a chance an turned out being well u know. But seeing what ArmA is an the endless possibilities an things to come with ArmAII a lil US PR would not hurt. Just my 2cents worth.
