Hi, for your first question;yes you can make them walk insted off running by puthing the speed in the waypoint to limited, this way they will walk calm around and follow their WP,
for your second question:Guard means they will guard the spot,attack any hostiles and return to the guard WP to guard it again,and when you place a WP you can give it a "radius" off 0 to wathever you want(100,500,1000,...) Its in middle when you click on the WP, called "starting radius"

Hi Jonstyle, Looks pretty mutch like mine but your missing a OPX addon called "OPX_RE" think that gives the problem,for the rest it looks ok, the file comes with avgani and afghan village addon for Arma1.

Think with a little updating and some more stuff on there that makes it more alive it would be even better and the size is already big enough to do loads off stuff,
been having loads off fun on the map togheter with UK forces hunting taliban!

Hi konyo, I still use PBO-view, its a old Arma1 tool to open pbo's, think there some others but think the best ones can be found under arma1 tools.

The only WW2 mod thats is out is 31st Normandy mod but its just a beta,when the full version will be released they will include the keys,so you will be able to play online,

Hi and welcome, Its indeed a bit hard to get the grips off commanding the AI in a way they dont get shot after 5 sec in the fight, best way is to train yourself in the editor in commanding the AI in all the freedom you want without enemy units shooting you. Learn the commands and formations off your units and when you think your ready you can trow in some unfriendly's and go hunting,
for the campaign there are some bugs in there but with the latest patch most bugs are fixed, if you run dry on ammo search the enemy's for weapons and ammo,same for squadmembers.
when you start to know how to command the AI you can do some more difficult stuff like boarding choppers and dropping them on the battlefield,use support and arty to suppress enemy or to heal and fix any friendlies,...!
Just dont give up, its a bit hard but with a little training it can become more fun then you imagined.
Also read this forum and look for stuff that can help you out,and there is always someone that will reply to your questions(mostly friendly:D),and there is lots off stuff around that increases the fun bigtime,like Islands,units,vehicles,mods,scripts,...

Hi, dont know if this would work but its worth a shot; Place the marker on top off the building, make sure its in the right spot and the puth in the markers init: setPos [getPos this select 0,getPos this select 1,15];
So basicly its same what sxp2high mentioned but the height is applied on the respawn marker so it mayby make you respawn on that height.
Gone test it to see if it will work or not,

Edit: forget what i said about the marker cause if forgot you cant puth code in a marker , and placing it on a building will force you to respawn outside,it works on bunkers and small low lvl building, used plenty off times in my missions but no idea to get them to spawn on roof or something.

Just seen that city module movie and I was really impressed by it,great detail inside and outside the buildings and it followed the terrainheight aswell,

Great work guys, didn check the first version but this is pretty fine the way it is, love the power off its firepower:D having great fun blasting and shooting.
@MrAgentGuy: I have seen some pics and movies showing a AC-130 addon but they are still WIP, dunno when 1 will be released.

Hi, its a nice idea and most off your questions can be easy solved by some scripts that are already around. the 144 unit limits is for 1 group but you can place more than 1 group on the map so units numbers wont be a problem.
think the hardest part will be the station model and getting it in the game,
There are tons off tutorials and guides on how to do it,and there are lots off guys here that can help you out with any problem you encounter.
