Im not the right person to tell you how its done. But i know the method i described existed for OFP and ArmA1. Players could create a list of servers they wanted. The program would inform if the server was playing, waiting, briefing and had useful sounds. Players would know when to join the server. Maybe someone more informed then me can help you out and do this correctly. Good luck! ;) -

IF those nice and costly features were implemented in some kind of Officially BIS Patch, similar to the Operation Arrowhead, i would be glad to pay and buy such features! But i believe you are not talking about possible Patches, are you? -
No, that would be incorrect. Statistically speaking the classes must have the same amplitude among each other. I already contacted Placebo to see if it was possible to change the classes to the following: < 14 15 - 19 20 - 24 25 - 29 30 - 34 35 - 39 40 - 44 45 - 49 50 - 54 55 - 59 60 - 64 65 - 69 > 70 Placebo sees not relevance of changing it, nor a possible age study of ArmA2 players. If you ask me, this thread as it is is completely useless and would be better to be closed. Too bad people can't see the relevance and interest of this particular study. Edit: I know there are some Companies who pay to have similar studies accomplished and done.

I don't agree others then BIS earn money from this game. The community always made addons for free, and the game is copyrighted. If BIS officially intend to make a patch like OFPR i would be glad to buy it. Thats how things always worked and should work in the future. I really don't see a reason for this thread at all. Edit: For example: Was Queen Gambit an BIS Official patch?! Is Operation Arrowhead an BIS Official patch? See the difference? -

I gave a feedback and question but i had no answer. I ask again: Is it possible to creat a server list, say our regular servers on to a list, and is it possible to see the list of player that are in the server? Also is it possible to have some kind of sounds so we can identify the server status, ie, if the mission ends and admin go to mission selection would be nice to know by sounds that mission ended and people are preparing a new mission. This is useful for those who are Alt tabed or waiting distracted and so on. I like this ArmA II launcher idea but if it does not have the features i pointed out, it is completely useless for me. Thank you for your attention. edit: Also is it possible to have an option to open TrackIr before launching ArmA2? Sometimes track Ir is forgotten.. -

Desperatly need patches! But i don't want my money back. I believe it will be better with time. edit: I hope your right, i reported 2 bugs, one affects my game play while in vehicle gunner and they were not solved yet. This problem was never solved and it cames from OFP era, sadly. -
with the 1.03 betas i crash to desktop (CTD) like hell.

Of course i would love to see a classic in ArmA2 as well. -
If a soldier fire behind me i cant tell you if the soldier is close or far. It does not have the perception OFP and ArmA have. I like some weapon sounds, the wind environment but the rest of the important sounds are miss placed, they do not transmit a realistic feeling and immersion. Also when the soldiers speak.. i think i don't need to say anything about the horrible words combinations. OFP was much better in this subject.

I don't like the fact when in MP i write something in the dialog box, my player stars to move. EDIT: Please fix the SD weapons and the normal weapons accuracy aiming because i feel weapons in general are useless and not at all accurate. Sometimes i feel if i could trow rock would be better. This issue is destroying the game and my game play patience. :mad: ARF!!! This game is so full of lacks and its starting to concern me alot. BIS need to release a very good patch to make things more natural. Else not in a year the game is good enough.

To be honest and if anyone cares, i really thing theres and huge difference from Multi Player game and single player or in editor. The game runs (on old systems) really bad in Multi Player compared to single player or in editor. In MP is always worst! :(

The game seems less fluid. When moving the mouse around the looking is less fuid, but strangely the game seems to run smooth in general. The colors look brighter. -
The problem with these poll options is that they give you very small information about the votes. There should be some more classes, i say 4 year interval among them, because there is an huge sample of the community population, as you can clearly see! I have no idea who created the poll options but they should be remade with a 4 year interval from each other to accomplish the purpose thread. Else its useless. But i guess who cares, right? :( edit: To be more exact to what i meant: It would be much better with these options. < 14 15 - 19 20 - 24 25 - 29 30 - 34 35 - 39 40 - 44 45 - 49 50 - 54 55 - 59 60 - 64 65 - 69 > 70 i believe we would have a more normal distribution of the community sample. Or maybe not. This could be interesting to to analyze statistically speaking. But thats just me thinking statistically :j:
