Hahaha... Ok I'm such a blind stupid. Everything is alright but me ;) There should be a rule that one are not allowed to post anything regarding bugs or similar after spending too many hours installing windows. KoalaDSK is completely right :)

Evasive left/right is another movement. My avatar leans while kneeling or standing, but doesnt roll while prone (as I remember it should do). I have remapped my keys but even if I map back Q and E nothing happens... Edit. Ok so I made a new profile and had everything default. Then I can roll. Something must have happened in the armaprofile file. Edit2. If I remap lean to numlock/num* the avatar leans but doesnt roll.

Hell yes. I can never repay the value BI has given me. I dont care soo much about official campaigns and mission (they can never match CWC), so I buy the engine and play my own scenarious.

Probably not "soontm", but who knows maybe it is "soontm"? I guess PuFu is spot on with "when it is donetm", that's how it normally works when hobbyists are creating addons for free on their spare time. It's difficult to set up a proper time schedule as real life, unforseen bugs and motivation comes into play. ;) -
Intrusive pop up = pestering the player -> they pester the addon maker -> error will get fixed or mod not get used -> game will not suffer Hidden in a report = most players live in blissed ignorance -> addon makers might not fix the addon -> over time your game will degrade into a buggy mess -> BI is blamed

If dragging/carrying get implemented, please let us do that to all injured and dead units. Sometimes you want to move corpses too.

One problem/limitation which might be the reason the lightsources are tweaked to the weaker side is that walls and objects do not stop that. In OFP a car could light up a whole house, both inside and behind it. So in later games they tweaked the "power" down to make it less obvious. Now with the new lightning they need to re-tweak the values for sure, but they must hit the sweet spot between usability and obvious limitation.

the mod subscribed from steam workshop leaves 2 copies in my DISKs, it is waste of my disk space

I was convinced by a friend to use workshop addons so both are updated. Sounded like a good idea until A3 tried to update itself and couldn't finish due to not enough space. I couldn't opt out from workshop as I couldn't start A3 until it was updated. It ended with me manually deleting workshop folders and addonfolders to make sure I had enough space to upgrade A3. My SSD is enough for the mods I like, but not for double-data because of workshop.... -

Aha, so it is A3 which do not support the hw then? -
The units ranks is there only to define the command structure in AI groups. The highest ranked AI takes command. So it could as easy be named by numbers or letters in the editor, but the current names are more intuitive.

So OR do not have head tracking? I thought it did. But then it should be easy to use TrackIr with it. -
Ok, I will wait then until it's properly supported. The day I can use the sights as I do in real life it will be an instant buy :) Do you guys think it's difficult for BI to implement full 3D support?

How is the 3d? In earlier iterations of the game smoke didnt work good in 3d and there were a few other problems. Is A3 good and everything in the game world working as it should? Problematic UI I can live with as I have most disabled anyway.

Locked is only for players as vanilla ai dont go into vehicles by them self. Choice of ambulance could be because it is the only military vehicles close to the ai?
