Have you actually tried it for more than 5 minutes? There's a plenty of places to make ambush. Villages, mountain passes, canyons, they're all there... And yes, it's dry.... because it's desert. > Thanks, Leone.

Two things I have noticed: 1.<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">scopeWeapon=2; scopeMagazine=2; AFAIK, these two lines affect absolutely nothing in cfgVehicles section. They belong to cfgWeapons section. You can remove them. 2. Show us your cfgWeapons section, where the SEF_M2HMG is defined.

Gedis, c'mon, don't make me laugh, man! Thanks to Russian "humanitary" way of thinking, we had a meltdown in Chernobyl. Even if Americans use a thousands times more DU rounds, they'll never cause more as much radioactive pollution as Russians have already done due to one single act of stupidity! Â

Sometimes such a behavior has good results. Remember first release of CSLA2 and their ridiculous armor/rpg dammage values? Wasn't it the "whining" that made them change their minds? Thanks to "whining", now we have the possibility to use their great APCs and tanks along with any other 3rd party addons. It's the very same situation here... Anyway, I've said what I had to say. My intention was not to flame the thread, but convince the authors to make their mod much better in 2 simple steps. It's their call now.

Well, guess what!? I absolutely don't care who this God forsaken piece of land in the middle of nowhere should lawfully belong to. I just want to play the game. ... and in the current form this mod is far from being so complete that I didn't want to use any other addons along with these ones. Am I asking for too much? Same goes for the Spanish-English translation. It'd take less than an hour to make appropriate stringtable.csv translations. So little time to make things look like they're made by professionals.

Exactelly. Sad part is that this mod is  going to die if it cant be used with another parties addons. That's really stupid Couldn't agree more. Keep being that stubborn and at one point you'll end up making these addons only for yourself, because nobody else will use them. I'm not going to modify that many separate configs by myself, only to do it again after the next update. This is where I go and hit [Delete]. Thanks for your time and shame on you.

Look for Generic OPFOR pack by neiwy. It has a few security contractor guys.

AFAIK, you can mount only one Sidewinder (or two Stingers) per pylon so these'd make a total of 4 Sidewinders or 8 Stingers. Add another 2 Sidewinders or 4 Stingers if you're using the wingtip mount,... ... but 8/16 Sidewinders is an overkill.

It's getting better and better, however there're still some flaws, like pointed above. Keep up the good work! Oh, btw, is it just me or Mi-35 is export only version (not used by Russians)??

Just like Acecombat said, the portal looks nice, but a bit too rich for poor Afghanis. On the other hand, I'm interested in getting my hand on these textures, for use in the future, so could you please send them to me?

Nice trick, but it won't let you test the events that cause different game behavior for different players. Like the bugs described by TA-50.

Hmmm.... I was never really considering it as I kinda left it up to mission makers. But now I think it's not a bad idea... - I'm gonna add another gas station in Baghlan... - Repair facilities and hospitals will only be available where they currently are - near the airport and in the military base. PS. The updated version release is probably a matter of days now...

Hi guys, just wanted to drop a line.... have anybody considered making full crouch-walking animations? If you look into cfgMoves.hpp (in 1.91 commented config), you can see the code is there, but it uses normal walking animation instead. So if somebody (Sanctuary ) made those missing animations, we'd have fully functional crouch walking. That'd be uber-cool... So, how about that?

A highway? Ain't no such thing in Afghanistan. One major road has been "upgraded" to asphalt, but it's not in a very good shape, you know. And that'd be about it.
