Searched for tank AND command, platoon AND command, tank AND orders and platoon AND orders but found nothing. So here`s my problem: When I play OFP and I got to command a whole tank platoon I would like to play it as a tank driver, because being in the place of the commander isn`t very comfortable (left, left, forward, right, BOOM... oh no...) When I get out of my tank and my tank driver too and I get back into the tank as a driver, I`m no longer the commander of the platoon. Regrouping or something won`t work. Isn`t there a easy solution to get my command back after I changed to drivers position? I managed once to get the command back, but I don`t know how I did it. Anyone got a clue? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the help! Moving to drivers seat helped - sometimes you didn`t see the easiest solutions. Or the driver wasn`t exactly 100% standing still. Yes, when you leave your tank, you will have lost the command of the platoon when reentering your tank. Regrouping to a new color doesn`t work. Sometimes it`s helpful to leave the platoon behind a hill, step out and check out some places by yourself. Then you can discover dangerous spots and tell the targets to your platoon. When you know that there are AT soldiers and armored vehicles waiting, you will use a different tactic as when there is just normal infantry. I managed that I command the platoon again, but I can`t remember how I did it. I tried many different orders and suddenly it worked. There should be a order that I can take the command back.

That`s what I like - more diversity of land and sea vehicles. Especially if it`s for East, because you rarely got the chance to drive something from formerly comunist eastern countries.

OFP 1.75 won`t show up in ASE, also don`t under the folder "Other versions"? :mad: I started playing online with UT, because it had an built-in browser (and I had no clue how else to take part in online games), but it was slow and had no big options. Later I installed another game and it had an program to play online games called "Gamespy". It was easy to use, fancy, slow and unreliable, but it was the only way to take part in more online games the easy way. Then I heard of an program called "All-Seeing Eye" and tried it, because Gamespy was totally unsatisfying (except easy handling - and nothing more!. It didn`t looked so fancy like Gamespy, but it`s support of many games, it`s speed, it`s reliability and it`s many options impressed me immediately. After that I never used Gamespy again, except the few games which weren`t supported by ASE at the time - but they always add new gamesupport fort ASE in short time. And all this convinced me so much, that I registered ASE not 2 months after I tried it the first time - and I would never pay an Cent for Gamespy! An program worth using is an program worth buying! Very useful for OFP are the options t separate the servers between games already playing and for server where the payers are still in the forum and are about to begin. Not to mention to sort the servers by ping, drop out rate, nation, password or not, buddylist etc So pleeeease support All-Seeing Eye... But the problem with game industry is, that the people who got absolutely no clue, are the ones who got to make the important decisions.

Nice idea - I`m always busy enough with surviving, that I rarely got time enough to order my men to rearm. Yesterday I played one of the new SP missions and my medic treated an injured member of an Bradley but the Bradley and the crew wasn`t under my command and I don`t gave him order to do that (I think you can`t order medical treatment to non team members). If the AI can do this, why can`t they collect ammo on their own? Or if there is no ammo which fits to the gun, just grab another weapon? Or another thing - yesterday I played the R campaign and in one mission I had to stop an convoy of 2 trucks loaded with weapons, an BMP and an small tank. The trucks must be captured to help the resistance with the weapons, but what did my AI do? They blew up one truck instead of the BMP or the tank! And there is no command "attack everything that moves except the 2 trucks".

Hope BIS will release as next units more modern and moto cross bikes and some normal bicycles too! Not to mention a military green bus for east and resistance. And of course turn the CJ5 Jeep into an military version (also with guns).

Today I received OFP-R and after exploring the new island I started the new campaign. When I heard of OFP-R I thought that you will fight against the soviets, but that`s just half of the truth... ***Possible spoilers*** A few cutscenes later my character Viktor Troska had an difficult decision to make. Should he tell the soviet invaders where the resistance soldier is hidden, should he run and grab his gun and fight or should he just wait that the soviets kill all civilians including him? The soviets didn`t accepted any talk, grabbing the Kozlice gun and fight again 3 soldiers is very difficult, so I decided to betray the hidden soldier (after many tries). They kill him and then you will be taken with the soviets to their base - do they plan to torture and kill me after this? Game over because of the betray? No - you are welcomed by General Guba and you are now working on the dark side! Â Viktor, join us. Come to the dark side... Now I`m General Gubas Stormtrooper of Death! Cool feature!

Two ugly but cool trucks. I have never seen the first one, but the second one can often be seen on Eurosport when they show Offroad Trial. Why not an Mercedes Unimog? There are plenty of different types over the last 50 decades, military and civilian ones for many different purposes - so many choices...

A few days ago I saw an Tiger on tv at an aviation fair, performing all different manouvers, including loopings! Impressing and an good design too - looks very martial.

I had the same problem for nearly 2 weeks! One day when I wanted to visit this website I was directed to an page which told me that I´m not allowed to enter the forum or something like this. The same page came up again when I hitted the log in button etc. And it can`t be my PC, because I had the same problem with my laptop! Then I registered a few days ago but it didn`t let me in too and now I received an 2nd mail that I can now use the forum (my new username). The link worked and I tried to log in with my usual username - and it worked again! Hope it works now again, with no problems in the future... Would be interesting why this error occured.

And again new screenshots: I just read the post of one of the BW-Mod member that the mod should be available in ~5 months.
