1. Increased chances of survivors from a downed chopper.. 2. Ability for a choppers gunner/navigator to take control of a chopper in case of pilot death/injury (the MG blackhawk has no-one in the co-pilot seat, just a crewchief/loadmaster in the MG possy) 3. Some basic form of autoration in the event a choppers engines are knocked out.. in OFP it hurtles to the ground.. when in fact the rotor should keep turning for a little while (assuming the pilot is making a slight descent) 4. an action menu that allows you to issue commands to your squad such as "Re-Arm" rather than selecting individual AI, and telling them to pick up rifle, pick up magazine, pick up gren etc.

Seems BIS have been working on 1.8x patch for some time now.. and no information on what it addresses have been leaked. Has any information been released? Do you think that means that they have taken on board the comments from the "mother of buglists" thread as well as some of the "what would you like to see in OFP2" stuff. Im hoping this will be a sizeable download cheers, ons

yeah wait for Ballistic Studios ver.. Its a pity that you cant have a kit-out screen pre mission to choose weapons on vehicles... similar to the "gear" page that appears on the pre-mission briefing page... oh well!

Hi, I was just wondering if the model size for the blackhawks can be increased slightly, as with a few of the models in OFP, the Blackhawk looks about marginally smaller than in real life.. When you work on models like these is there any frame of reference you can work with to size models apart from the size of the average OFP soldier?

There was 3rd party island called Akroplis around.. that looked absolutely fantastic.. the picture of the city looked a lot more like a city than anything in Nogova.. If someone knows of a download link for it, Id greatly appreciate you posting it. Nogova has to come in close to the top, apart from larger cities, it also has a wide variety of climates , desert, snow etc, (and the bridge).

It probably requires one group, (eg Ballistic), to just stamp an approval on mods. If they are respected as only approving really good mod-work, then hopefully all addons would be submitted for approval. It would take a while but it might catch on.
