You have to balance the merits of weaponised DU against the legacy of cases of Gulf War Syndrome, outbreaks of lymphoma and increase in birth defects in areas where it saw heavy use. I don't really see an issue in ship-borne weapons, but it does seem irresponsible to stock these sort of weapons for conflicts that break out in inhabited areas. Of course, the alternative metals don't sound much nicer.

Throw in some OFP-esque scores played by a real orchestra for ambient music and travelling, that'd make me happy. Make sure any music dies away when the action kicks off. That's always a nice break from the norm.

I totally agree in principle, i'd like official Arma missions to be as true to life as possible. It adds to immersion and can be a gaming mechanic if you have to think twice before engaging or using high yield ordnance. That being said, you're still going to get people uploading videos to youtube of fifty civilians being blown up by a satchel charge. I don't think that should be taken as representative of the game, especially not by an institute like the Red Cross.

How about we all act like adults and understand that people are capable of doing stupid things with anything. It's all fictitious messing around, it's all harmless.
