You are not allowed to watch your Display while you are gaming. As far as i know, you get a license to consume the game itself but all shown content belongs to the author. That wouldnt allow you to make your gamevideos public. (like you are not allowed to show movie-parts...) But the gameindustry is aware that these gamevideos and trailers are free advertisment for their own products, where every player gets his own impressions based on what he is doing in the game. Music and Movies which are all the same all times, less time-consuming and easy to remember have a once sold value. Thats why they want you to consume it after you purchased it. Money is ruling the world and as long as ppl get their money, they dont care about their copyright... Typing, spelling or whatever mistakes in this post are protected by the copyright. If you want to quote me, correct them.

This Aircraft will be fun to fly, behaving as realistic as i can make it, hopefully.. Â It shouldnt end as a superweapon. The only scripts used will be for the multi-loadout, the effects and flares. So only simple features for the Cockpit and systems, but i think they will entertain you quiet well. Now i am fixing some last stuff, which is taking more time than i expected. -
Hm, i dont think there is a way how you could solve it on your own apart from redoing the the config on your own... I will take a look at it, so it will inherit from the stock G36 and you can use your soundmods with it.

Hehe, that can be, because it doesnt inherit from the normal g36 and you are using a soundmod. I will have a look at all the suggestion, when i get some time. Freshman, can you tell me what what features you want to see from the SLX sample weapons? The only thing i can think of atm is synchronising the magazine with the hand animation.

These Weapons are made for replacing the stock ones and to be used in limited clan internal missions. Thats why there are no german versions with the proper fire selector markings and why i stuck to the international versions with burst included. I suggest using the nwd_scopefix with the proper sight. I would like see proper german g36s, cause they are the reason why these weapons were developed. But that can only be done in a MOD, compatible for MP-matches. I offered P85 to combine our work to complete them in a proper way...

I had a look into my older ofp F-5E but it looks horrible in arma. :/ Nice to see that you are working on it. F-5E and F-5C version should be good for the 1960s and early 1970s. -

Here is a screen showing the current stage: Su-30MKK Showing the new vertical tails and the gun muzzle. Its the PLAAF version, with dark tips and nose. Btw, the Navy verisons must be MKK-2 and MKK-3 cause they have the avionics to launch anti-ship missiles. -

Could you please point out what exactly you mean? What you wont be able to know, i have made new vertical tails for the MKKs. The texture is getting updated with the detail at the front of the vertical tails, the area around the Gsh-301 Muzzle and some color-tweaking. Would be good to have some pics of the engines top, still try to make that look realistic. I am not sure if i will use numbering, cause there are multiple methodes the chinese do it. The "flight test and training centre" bagde wont be included. The cockpit you refer to is from the series with the "Su-27 Upgrade" panels, i made the one of the last series of Su-30s which the MKK-2 and MKK-3 are in. I like your input, especially providing me more information, but please dont say you made mistakes and post some pics, describe what you exactly mean. That will make it more effective. -

I have made the config setup for the different version of the Su-30. They perform different, depending on which capabilities they have. I am working on a Release-Candidate atm, which will go into internal testings and be published as beta for the public. The Indian Su-30MKI with thrust vector controlling has full animations now. Thx to Franze for granting me permission to use his flare scripts, i made a custom drop of the flares, you can see it in the video. The Gsh-301 is using custom ammunition with 50% more dammage now. (BIS 25mm for the harrier makes 2.5 times more dammage than the 30mm bullet?!?! i took a more realistic value). Flashanimation of the gun is added, but the material needs tweaking to make it more visiable at daylight. The animated gunner optics are enlighted at night. -
Looks really great! I wish helicopters could roll in ArmA, would add more life into carrier and airport routine and would allow to use the saved space.

I had plans for it, but the magazine is stuck in the players arm, which is really a pain in the eye. But plans might change back. Atm, i can only refer to vilas german weapon pack, which has a version of LMG36 with C-mag included.

Config and Geo-Lod will make the difference. The turning rate depends on how far away all mass is from the center of mass. Tweaking can be done in the config with the sensitivity values. The only problem is, that the plane is losing a lot speed during turns which can be compensated by increasing the thrust in a certain part of the spectrum. But the Pilots need to get used to pull less than they are used to, otherwise you will crash soon. The afterburner gives you the extra punsh to fly hard maneuvers, might be reduced to make it fair. -

Yeah, i need to work on the flightmodel, missing referenzes für arma makes it complicated. I dont want to create the ultimate jet, it must be in relation to the other stuff around here. But it is nearly impossible to simulate the flightphysics correct. Most differences will be made in the config, versions with canards will perform better than the ones without´em. And on top will be the late Su-30MKI with vector-thrusting. Edit: The current setting can maneuver at the minimum speedlevel around 210 km/h with full afterburner. -

Ops, you are right... i had a look into the detailed photos of an Malysian Su-30 which has english text. I will make a skin for Malaysia and India. For the Russian and Chinese version, it would be more authentic to have the native language, but i might save that. The aireffects and flare-system will be optional in seperate pbo´s, so you can decide if you want it or not. there will be a non-scripted version with less animations possible to use as a replacement too. Most of the stuff are nice workarounds using a low number of animations. The version with multi-loadout was less polys than the stock A10 and uses about the same amount of animations like the stock Su-34. This addon should be performing very well and the reduced version should be even better. I have reduced the used amount of textures to the minimum. Depending on how much i will be able to do, you should see a testversion soon. I havent heard from GodHammer for quiet a while, who was working an the amazing weapons this aircraft could carry. I will save the final version till he is done with his stuff and i am satisfied with my textures. I am not able to create new materials for the cockpit, somehow my progs are broken. I hope i get that sorted out soon. Until then, the beta version will be good to play around with. Planed versions are: Su-30MK frist Indian version (no Canards) [might be skipped, similar look like the Su-30MKM] Su-30MKK  Chinese version  (no Canards) [two skins] Su-30MKM  Malysian version  (no Canards) Su-30MKI, but delivered to a pseudo Sahrani Sovjet State (with Canards) Su-30MKI  newest Indian version (with Canards and vector-thrusting) -

Here we go again: I corrected several minor optical bugs and added details to the textures and the optical system. I will try to make the letters on the panel in russian, they are tomporary in english atm. Flaresystem is installed, needs tweaking. The Textures got some pretty nice details compared to your last screen. Looks good. -
yeah, and you can animate the wings as rotors, just make a double rotor per wing which will rotate in opposite directions. 5/6 of the rotors need to be blocked by another alpha. The Wings will look like they are swinging forward and backwards in that loop. i need to check if it is causing the nice "i can see through that buildings" bug.

Who said this Tomcat cant have the same kind of optics in the panel? Just pm me if you need any details. And i agree with Fritz160 wolf, F-14 and the SU-27 family will be good counterparts. I would like to see a balancing among the Aircrafts. Would be good to have realistic values for all addons.

BIS released a model of the LANTIRN system with the sample models if you have none modeled yet. There is some good not used stuff in there. Btw, looks really good.

It should be possible to make the radarscreen displaying targets, but that would need to be scripted. The current one is only animated. Spooner made an addon displaying targets on an old-fashioned radarscreen. Might be possible to added something in that way, displaying the toagets infront of the plane. This option needs to be checked, but wasnt planed for the first version.
