    :D LOL sorry, thats a funny statement when made in the Terrain makers sub-forum ..... ! There is little to nothing thats more difficult and sooo time consuming than a terrain ...... Maybe visiting the in-laws ..... But don't let that put you off, plenty of people have turned it into a real Art.

    no prob. I'm pretty sure a acceleration script is how every other carrier take off in OFP/ArmA/ArmAII has been done. Yes, unfortunately theres no a huge amount that can be tweaked, but then again its not FSX ;)
  9. Imported models CAN have problems. Suggest export to Universal BIStudio TXT, then Import again.
  10. Copy the View Cargo lod Name it View Pilot In view Pilot, click Create->Proxy Type in "driver" Click OK You are done.
  11. Great work SB. Huh? Can you explain this please. You mean all @Mod folders should be moved to the MyDoc/ArmA directory, not in the root directory of ArmA? .... if so, a lot of other tools are going to stop working ..... not sure I like that.

  13. Use Search, theres lots of threads about the major problems of converting units. SOme are old.

  15. Useless because .... who cares if ArmA3 is "non-popular". The ArmA series is "non-popular" but it still has a great community and a lot of followers, and generally gets played/supported 3-4 times longer than all those other short-lived games .... I'll still be happy. Probably more-so if DayZ is a roaring success. BIS can then spend more time/money on ArmA3 :D

    memoryPointCM[] = {"flare_launcher1","flare_launcher2"}; memoryPointCMDir[] = {"flare_launcher1_dir","flare_launcher2_dir"}; These are memory points defined inside the 3D model. Without alternative memory points, you can't change the patter. Maybe; memoryPointCM[] = {"pos driver","pos cargo"}; memoryPointCMDir[] = {"pos driver dir","pos cargo dir"};
  19. Tried reversing every face in your shadow LOD ? (Select All, W key) NOTE: Buldozer has a habit of not providing correct updates after you make changes ...... sometime you have to close O2 & buldozer and reopen before some certain changes become visible.

  21. Texture made with what program? What is its exact size? Are you using a TGA Is it 24bit or 32bit What do you use to convert it to PAA ? And please don't tell us you're using Kegety's tool ;)

  25. Not my tube ..... its awesome work !! hB-LzS4ufyM?hd=1 FFS, what the trick to placing a larger preview tube window here as some have done?? They seem to have used [ url ] but when you copy/recreate it doesnt work !!
