    Request tutorial

    Sorry, but for THE most difficult and time consuming mod task for the game resources ARE going to be limited. Especially a video tutorial BUT, you obviously haven't searched here because there are several very good and up-to-date tutorials here, in these forums.
  3. Yac found it worked long before others I believe. Thats where I got my tip-off and tried again myself When? Don't know. But it is VERY sensitive to config setups, so for all I know it was usable months and months before that even, but never got the perfect config setup.
  4. Thats a real turret on the Ju52 now Prof. LOL Yeh. In some source pics I found they had to stand up and only got a few poles to hold onto.

  9. Pretty much done the C47 Now nearly finished the Junkers Ju52. A lot of "invisible" improvements along with a bunch of visual improvements.

    Very much sounds like you arent getting full throttle. But can't advise about the stick. Have you tried flying with keyboard? ..... its easy QZ AD SW XC Hold Q and thats full When you release Q the aircraft tries to maintain whatever speed you were at then. Touch Q or Z again and the throttle resets

  14. To explain further, you dont need names 01-05 .... those numbers only refer to the type of stance each might have. In reality they can all be "MH6_Cargo03" for all the game cares. In that case all the guys in cargo will have exactly the same stance (or sitting position). I assume when you created each proxy you called them "cargo", nothing more, nothing less. The numbering is automatic

    Simpler if BIS gave us an "Enterable Buildings" patch, so ALL islands got a few more enterable buildings. Would be good for the game even excluding consideration for DayZ
  18. OK, thanks for the explanation SB. I think you see it, but I would expand on what I think is a general PC rule, if a user isn't given an "express" install or update option, then any time a user says NO to downloading (updates, exe's dll's, PBO's etc), thats end of story. Nothing comes down the line. Cheers.

    Geometry Lod Issue

    Robster has a lot of patience ...... :thumbs: ED, I think your trying to make 1 object. As I've (and others) said before, make it out of several different but simple shapes / cubes. In this case it looks like 6 cubes. 1 for each stairs, 4 for the platform. DONT join them together, just place them so they are side by side.

  23. Really?!! .... I would not say so myself. Some much more interesting terrains have already been done. This is terrain making ...... so do you know what that works out at as an hourly rate? ..... probably about 10c an hour considering that the terrain (and grasses and buildings etc etc etc) will take several 100 hours at least ........
