I had this problem also, seems to 'hang' for a while for some reason before it eventually installed. Try leaving it for a few minutes, it worked eventually for me. However the game itself is kind of disapointing on the whole, I liked the way you could move the fire teams and issue fire orders, but that was about it, I think I would easily get bored with the full game quickly.

Just to follow on from the diamond idea, how about a stack of gold bars, bags of money etc? Would be great to make some missions along the lines of '3kings' and 'the itallian job'

Nice work Cassandra. Hope you get the help and 'support' you deserve to finish this project. Its a shame some people still insist on tellling others what they cant or should not do, IIRC its a game after all.... Is it possible to get female voices included in this add on? FDF mod included new voices so perhaps it is. It was criminal of BIS not to include female voices in the first place. Good luck.

A great update to one of the best, if not "the best" OFP mod around! I just tried the HALO units with steerable chutes,  extremely cool, the fact you can steer to do a precise landing  onto rooftops of buildings is very neat. I was wondering what altitude the AI pull their chutes open? Also would it be possible to have an Altimeter like the ROC mod had on their HALO units in any further updates? Nice work guys

Nice work indeed, some nice effects. Particulary like the mortar smoke trails etc. However some of the textures IMO need refining as they seem to be to inconsistant across much of the vehicles. For example the LVT is a great model but the luminous green paint job is a bit to harsh and just doesnt seem to fit in with the subdued textures of the other vehicles. Also had some error messages with using the groups in the editor: No entry 'Config.bin/cfg vehicles. ROC_T57RMGSoldier Had problems getting it to work initially also, had to make a new shortcut for v1.96 and add ROC mod folder manually, but seems to work ok now.

Hi j-man, Just played your excellent mission, I enjoyed it alot. Here are my thoughts: It would make a good co-op map if you had more terrorists and perhaps another objective or two to keep a co-op team occupied. Completed after second attempt, fairly easy really if you take your time and use the sattelite camera to view and track the terrorists. (19 kills and no losses, all hostages secured in about an hours worth of play). Most of the team were equipped with MP5 aimpoints and one sniper with an SR-25 Rifle. Was expecting terrorist reinforcements to arrive in vehicles as soon as I pulled the officer out of captivity,(paranoid) had some men guarding the roads in case, but sadly none arrived to be ambushed There was no vehicle to come and pick us up at the extraction point, which I felt after all that effort in getting there, we deserved one at least... On the whole I think its an enjoyable mission, no major bugs and the clear simple briefing was a bonus. Well done Â

Have you implemented any sounds to it yet? Im thinking that either a stabbing sound might be effective, or perhaps a 'war cry' from the unit with the bayonet, but obviously this wouldnt be too cool for a stealthy approach...just an idea.

Excellent work UKF team, impressive video. A Question though, with the AI having the bayonet fitted, can they also shoot at the same time, or must they take off the bayonet to be able to resume firing again? Also it would good if the AI automatically fixed bayonets as a result of them having no ammo left, without them being ordered to do so.

RUC station, PVCP, SF base made of lots of corrugated iron sangars with a GPMG or two. Lots of fields and hedges with barbwire and electric fences with angry farmers. And but of course plenty of pubs

Congratulations CSLA Team, this is an amazing achievement. Â Next to the FINMOD this is my favourite OFP modification/add on. It took me 13 hours to download using 'GetRight' with a 56k modem, but it sure is worth it! I wish Games Magazines would include these OFP mods on their free software discs in the future. I have only seen official stuff so far. Its a shame as I think if these unofficial OFP add ons and perhaps some mini movies of this quality would surely promote OFP to a bigger audience and bring more people to the game. The intro is fantastic by the way, nice camera work and sets the agenda for the forthcomming campaign clearly.

Im just thinking how smart it would be to be able to punch and kick. Im not suggesting Tekken or Jackie Chan moves, but just a simple punch and kick, done by clicking with the left or right mouse button when you are unarmed or out of ammo etc. Maybe go further with the idea and let it be possible to pick up bottles, wood and anything else that could be deadly and swung about as a weapon? Actions like this would make hostile civillian units more of a threat instead of lying down on the floor, pointing an invisible gun at you, or running around like headless chickens. Also as many people are requesting the option to use some sort of knife, what about the option to fit a bayonet to the end of a rifle and have some sort of thrusting animation so you can inflict damage to another this way.

Cheers Martin, another quality add on. This aircraft had been on my 'add-on wish list' for a while, and finally I have one to use, and the detail is incredible! I was wondering would it be possible in any future updates, that it could be made possible for users to add their own decals/logos to the aircraft to create their own airline company?

I think the EU army is a good idea, if all the countries involved have common goals in what they want it to achieve, and show due respect to the UN. But I dont consider it a substitute for NATO, even though NATO is probably past its sell by date by now. NATO should be modernised if anything. What I would be worried about is all the red tape and politics each country would bring to mount joint operations in a hurry, especially peace keeping. Europe I consider is famous for it, so lets hope it would be kept to a minimum
