    Like the title says, share all your negative experiences and complaints about ArmA in this thread only.

    For positive feedback and praising use this thread.

    The channel rules apply here too, no flamebaiting, insults etc. Violations against this result in a 24h PR (at least).

    I don't see why you would hate it. It's basically flashpoint with better graphics.

    my minireview - 7/10

    The biggest issue on Xbox is frame rate. Im so used to PC version where your life depends on several mili-seconds, and I move the mouse really fast. Otherwise, it's a great game - OFP is OFP.

    Also my 360 broke with the red lights of doom so I bought an xbox and am about to set up live on it.  If you see me I will be playing as gamertag OBESE PIGEON or WARFIGHTER898. Ok I set up an Account, my Gamertag is OBESE PIGEONZ to those who see me. I can't use my 360 mic so I'm not going to be able to communicate well.

    Hi people,

    What about we choose a day or more in the week to play OFP Elte in xbc or kai?

    Everybody show post opinions so we can meet every week in one or more specifics days. Even if not everybody could play every week it will be still a good game whit four or five players.

    We are always saying that miss the ofp matches... so thats our chance to play at least once a week.

    I wish I could still play this game.  I'm stuck with 360 and no good games on it except vegas and COD 4.

    Warfighter, is there anything about COD4 that would interest an OFP:E fan?

    Well since I'm an unbiased gamer, there is nothing really.  I was very pleased with it's multiplayer and the campaign is in movie fasion plus beautiful graphics.  The replay value for it is extremely high it is the finest run n gun I've ever played and OFPE is the world's finest tactical shooter.  It's a yes and no.  My friends never stop playing it.  When I check my friends list all I see is COD 4 and Halo 3.  I'm a hardcore tactical gamer there is few tactics except in search and destroy which involves elements of fire team cohesion like covering flanks etc.  Overall it's a wondorful game.  There is also a mission where you blow the living crap out of terrorists in an AC130 Spectre gunship.  You get to play as a marine and if your british you will likely love playing as a member of SAS. There is extremely intense combat. Infantry combat that is an adrenaline rush sometimes. On the last level on veteran I found my heart beating quite fast. I'm playing COD 4 because 1.It's AWESOME 2.It will hold me for ARMA 2 3.It kills that oh so overated game Halo 3(Hate that game so much).

    It escapes me exactlly what this has to do with Arma2... I would even go as far as to say this has absolutly nothing to do with ArmA2.

    Stick to the OFP: Elite forum, because complaning about OFP:E and then simply saying "This game will be awsome" does not justify this topic for this forum.

    I wasn't complaining about OFPE. I was merely asking nicely for you guys to write to the bc team. Also, I want this game badly. I heard ARMA is awesome so this should be even better.

    I've been waiting patiently for Microsoft to make Operation Flashpoint Elite bc so me and a handful of friends can play it again. But if it's ok can you guy's email the Backwards compatibility team asking them politely to make it bc? Also, this game is going to be awesome.

    On another subject: Who here misses Operation Flashpoint Elite since their or possbile transition to 360? I know I do.

    OoooOOoooOOOoooOOO, I so remember this man....Faking your death and oh nevermind no reason to get into that...And whoever said it, yes indeed he killed OFP..Everyday you were bashed in our rooms. It was pure innocent fun really. Anyhoo, have fun with your 10 year olds. BTW this is Jedihut if anyone remembers me biggrin_o.gif with naturedsniper and such, Now playing Arma with alias Cooper as well as on Xbox 360 live with alias NaturedMarksman, Archie i remember you fool!

    Wait, I think I remember that. I heard to guys one day saying someone faked his death because he was being cursed out so much.

    Ofpe was ruined for me by unfriendly cagey groups like his that would never actually enter into a battle with human opposition. And oh yeah Border Patrol. goodnight.gif

    BTW MrDef can now be found playing Arma on the SuicidESquad.co.uk server.  MEDIC!

    True, when I joined his game the first time I was looking around for situational awareness and his thugs team killed me. He also teabagged me. I had like 5 guys on me that day. I'm not trying to start a flame war but alot of interesting things happened while I was playing. The death of flashpoint, the delta force team killers etc.

    If you haven't bought the game, go buy it and don't worry.

    I spend more buying a movie my kids only watch once.

    It has features that OFP doesn't.

    Join In Progress, Huge Maps etc...Altho I miss all the addons and missions OFP has

    I've heard that OFP might be better because this one has more bugs I think. Not sure, but in IMO the bugs don't look like a game killer because judging by a game like this and because it's a flashpoint sequel it looks amazing.

    if everyone that reads this post, hopefull alot of you do, Send a polite request to backcomp@microsoft.com to make OFP backwards compatible for the xbox 360. I have seen many post asking about OFP BC on this forum but after look at the xbox website i found this link and emailed a request for this game, so far that is one request that i know of. So maybe if 500 or a 1,000 people request it maybe they will listen. Until the 360 has a game that compares to OFP as far as mission editing and the general size of the game they need to BC it. Hell i might make 20 or 30 different emails and keep posting request. So if you want to know who makes these BC decisions there they are email them.

    You should be happy you can even play flashpoint alot of us have 360s and regret buying them due to the fact that there is no good military games. GRAW 1 and 2 are run n guns.
