I had just completed Reckoning (the airport mission where you destroy choppers) when I went onto the next mission all my gear was gone. I was about to redo the previous mission when i had a good idea.... anyway... If there is a cutscene before the mission where you lost all your weapons, you can highlight the cutscene and then click revert. When the mission starts up after it shows the cutscene again, all your weapons are back. It worked for me hope it works for you.

I'm in the same boat as sprengs......? I completed the airport mission and had a fantastic erray of auto and semi-automatic rifles (And Satchel Charges) now its gone. There must be a way of editing the weapons config file to get plenty of hardware.
