What's the problem with this? The game was optimized for Nvidia technology, with Will Rock it was optimized for ATI technology. It's not an advertisement, it's just a "stamp". Will Rock is a game, and it sucks. List of games that will use Nvidia tech and have that logo at the start

You select the piece, and then drag it to the desired area, trying to make it fit. Come on, it's not like it's actually making the whole gun.

The first screen with the PA8 shotgun looks amazing! They really improved on an already amazing looking engine, I'm really looking forward to this one.

Your polygon size will be much less when you import since O2 supports square polygons as opposed to 3DS Max/GMax only having triangles.

What I want to know is whether people like the slug-style shot (the 24 damage single bullet one) or the "Pellet" thing, where a lot of low damage bullets fly out at once. Personally I like the slug style thing, because you can make a proper cocking sound instead of having a fast semi auto thing, it's much better IMO but I see that people like making the pellet style shots, which I don't like since the cocking sound is never heard, a pump action shotgun is semi-automatic, and finally the recoil is strange. -
Textures are temporary and only for render purposes.

I don't know, I've been planning something like this before, but niether me or Vlados have done something like that before. It's a good idea though, would make car chases really fun. But to make them fun the cars would have to have lots of "armor", so that they don't explode when the door is shot a lot. Unfortunately OFP doesn't have a system where there is a fuel tank thing for cars, like this the car would only explode when the fuel tank is shot a couple of times.

Everytime I start O2, after about 30 seconds - 1 minute it just gets a fatal error, and crashes. I also have that bug when you press "a" it crashes, but I resolve it by pressing A when O2 is starting up. Has anyone found a resolution to this yet?

Definately urban planning. Most islands I see, for towns are horrible. People think that a couple of apartments make for a "city" with a couple smaller buildings randomly placed about. Roads are straight, and there is NOT one lamp post to cover a whole city. There are also stores. When someone makes an island, they should act as if they were the mayor. Fuel stations are not placed in between apartments. There are stores. There are farms and factories, etc.

I resolved the first error, but I still get that "A crashes to desktop" error. has anyone found out yet how to resolve it?

I decided to import the Chevrolet from Mafia, as you can see lots has to be done (the wheels, whole interior), and lots of things fixed (the low poly parts). I would've modeled it myself but pics are EXTREMELY rare for these cars.

We will make new swinging animations as well. I am going to attempt to port a black Ford Model A Fordor (the stereotypical Mafia car ), but we will have to create a new interior for this, since the Mafia ones are low-res and undetailed. If someone can help us with the car aspect of the pack, that'd be really cool. The Colt is now ingame and fully functional, albeit without LOD's, but here is the right side of the updated gun:

The Colt 1911 is now ingame, I'm gonna be working on the shotgun & Thompson now. Also the textures have been optimized on the Colt, instead of having about 10 textures each just unedited pics, they have been compiled into 4.

Looks good but it REALLY looks fake...the bright green grass, the wierd sky, the animations, the soldiers' faces, it looks like it was stolen right from another game.

I know about how many things WOULD be needed for a fully functional 1930's city, but for now it's just a basic pack. We will probably add some little packs, like civilians, more cars, etc. I'm thinking of porting some cars over from Mafia, but I am unfamiliar with ZModeler.

Ok, I have the Colt 1911 model and textures done (yes I made it myself this time ), the Ithaca is 90% done, and the Thompson 1928 model is done, but not textured. I'll post some pics when I find a host.
