Ok, we all know the m-16 is the standard wepon of the U.S. military,atleast for now. Maybe its just me that does not know, but what is the standard issue rifle of other countries, and what round do they shoot? Also do the Swiss still let the serviceman take the wepon to his home? Another thing, do most countries use the 9mm pistol?

Not so sure about that. Judiams and Christianity are close, obviously, but Islam is not, at least the New Testament does not tell us to go and kill others who are not Christians. When a baby is born into a islamic family it automatically becomes a Muslim.

Sorry....... I do not know enough about the former U.N. to comment on it, although I should. I am talking about the U.N. that has been around for the last 10 or so years. Im not sure if Iraq has WMDs or not, but I do believe they could have gotten them, and that is enough to go in, and yes I believe Saddam would have helped the terrorist. Besides Osama does need a break..... Never said this. What I am saying is that any country that no longer wants to be so called "friends" with us anymore becuase we went to war was never really our friend, nothing to so with differnace of opinions. See friends can disagree yet stay firends. I never wanted anything to do with France or many if not all of the other countries. I guess.

We did not go against the will of a friend, we went against the will of France. Wonder what Chriac planned to get out of it? Besides I wish the U.S. woud leave the U.N.. The U.N. is the biggest joke ever, I want nothing to do with them. Yes we should always listen to our "friends" when our saftey is at stake. I could not imagine hurting our "friend's" dealing with Iraq so that we(Americans) could be safer. I apologize. France has not been a friend for along time, and any country that is not our "friend" anymore becuase of the war was never a friend in the first place. Maybe some people worry about what the world think more than I do, but im not to worried becuase when you worry about what others think it creates problems.

Yeah thnaks France for helping us win our independence, to bad you can't be a friend anymore, or trusted. Sorry, should have been a little more specific. what I mean is, the Israelies fought the ancestors of the people they are fighting today. They have fought in that area almost any time the lived there, and now Israel is fighting for its very exsistance.

Well the people of Palestien do want all of Israel, and will not be happy till they get it all, and terrorism will continue. It will take a maricle for the violence in that place to end. Its sorta like the American Civil War, the slavery was an issue, but the main reason for the war was states rights, and in the mid-east land and sovereignty are issues, but the main issue is religion. Muslims and Jews hate eachother, thats why there is so much tourble. The reasons for hate dates back to early Bible times, so I guess it's just something the people are use to, hateing one another. I do supoport Israel, anybody who fights terrorism I support, why I support the Russians in the Chechen war.

Exactly, Sharon has to do what he has to do to insure the saftey of the Israelie people. What needs to be done is the relocation of the people of Palestien into an area of their own that is aways from any Isrealie, or better yet be moved into another arab country. Most of you may think this is a horrible, gross thing to do, but the people of Palestien can not control the terrorist, nor do they care to. If the anybody in Palestien even tried to help stop terrorism it would be one thing, but they do not, and I believe most probably support it. The mid-east will not see peace till the end of the world, it's just almost impossible.
