    Soldiers: Heroes of WWII

To fix the freeze bug: Simply take another soldier, select melee attack and bang the freezed guy in the head. Now he's playable again! The offical Soldiers channels are: #showw2 @ quakenet (like everything else) and #showw2.match @ quakenet You can also check out: http://www.vap3r.com/showw2find/index.php Until the MP patch come out. Cya there!

Go0b, yes, as a matter of fact, I got it in Sweden. Mostly cause I am Swedish. I want the MP patch! NOW!

    Athens Olympics 2004

The olympics are one of the few sport events I enjoy (that, F1 and Handball) cause you can see loads of weirdo sports that you never see anywhere else.

    Close Combat: First to Fight

Love CC 5 (didn't like 2nd, the rest I haven't played) but the games doesn't seem to have very much in common. Anyway, seems like it's gonna be a cool game, with the CC title or not.

BIS Forums Top 100 Games - Finished!

    1. Op Flashpoint (you know what Im talkin 'bout ) 2. Fallout 2 (The atmosphere, the humour, the, the hugeness) 3. Starcraft (It's just awsome, and the best balanced game ever) 4. Half-Life (It's just, so feckin good) 5. Fallout (It has everything Fallout 2 has, but F2 develop it even further) 6. Call of Duty (mostly 'cause this is the first time I have been in a serious clan) 7. Medieval: Total War (I've never seen so many farmer revolts in my days. Aparently folks don't like Muslims taking over the world ) 8. UFO: Enemy Uknown (Since I was only very little when it came out and I didn't really understood it, I played it a couple of years ago again and I couldn't walk away from it ) 9. Dune 2 (honourarly place, the first true RTS, and it still beat any of the C&C series by miles) 10. Close Combat 5 (This has everything. Except the menu music, argh! ) I am amazed how many people seem the don't know how to follow rules. I'm afraid many points on some very good games have to be disqualified due to people writing something I strictly told not to do (as it messes up with my point system)

    Script running multiple times?

First of all, that depends on the script. Stick it up here and I'll have a look. Second, this can be done much easier with Scripted WPs. Check www.ofpec.com for a tute (or maybe it was a thread, can't really remember) that explains Scripted WPs.

I do not agree with you, in Baldurs Gate (someones gonna kill me for this post) I tought the setting were like some random RPG a la fantasy world. In Fallout 1 & 2 your actions had connection to what happend. And there were loads of connections between the games. Heh. Cafe of broken dreams random encounter somebody?

Whats up with everyone?! Has nobody here played the Fallout series? Shame on you! Neverwinter Knights, Baldurs Gate and wtf else doesn't even come near these post nuclear war RPGs, and nobody (but me) even mentions them? I think Mafia was good, much better than the GTA series, but it just didn't feel into my taste enough for it to earn a seat higher than 10.

I am amazed to see how much people don't know what KOTOR, Medieval: Total War and Day of the Tentacle is. At least the first two as they are rather new and bestselling games. My top 10: 1. Dune 2 (honourarly place, the first true RTS, and it still beat any of the C&C series by miles) 10. Tetris (honourarly place, couldn't come up with another game ::P: )

Yea, but there was still one helluva first time experience, just like the Max Payne games. It still got quite a few open maps like Hurtgen Forest, even though it will never be the same as OFP.

FFS Baron, cool down. It's normal people get pissed by these list and tell PCG to go shove it. No big deal to go upset about.

I have heard that this is incorrect. However, I may be misstaking. CoD might not be the best game ever, I fully agree on that, but I do not see why the scripting is a problem as it turns the game into one of the most hectic and atmosphere filled games I've ever played. The only thing I've seen that beats it are a few very good (or just very lucky) OFP missions and the beach landing on MOH:AA. And where the hell is Fallout 2? It's the best RPG of all time. Heck, I'm not even sure if OFP is a better game. Judging by the list PCG UK is a bunch of tossers who just like the games they are currently playing. Too many new flashy games for me.

Baron: CoD is an excellent game. Fantastic SP and the MP does more than its job.

Bought OFP cold war what do i get now?

The first things you need to download after you get 1.96 are: FDF Mod SEB Nam Pack 2 Invasion '44 Demo Those are the 3 biggest and best mods in OFP, at least what I think. There's also the BAS addons and especially the BAS Tonal Mod, however I haven't got it 'cause I got a new comp and haven't been arsed to download a big mod I didn't really use anyway.

You don't need Red Hammer though, as it is just a campaign, and a crappy one too.

    The best war movie ever

There are a lot of old ones that still works like the Bridge over River Kwai and The Guns At Mwhaghaskjgajkg sumthin. Right now I have to say Apocalypse Now cause I just saw the redux version some week ago and it was cool.
