You make it sound like that, the military will only fight in urban areas. The woodland combat is a serious issue, and if the US troops go into such combat, wearing the ACU they will surely stand out more than than, let's say a OPFOR clothed in only khaki. Though ofcourse, the ACU will be only handed out to the units operating in urban areas?

What about the enemy? They'll see you WAY before you see them. Camo is supposed to make you blend into the environment, and this crap doesn't do that at all, unless your stood infront of a huge tv screen with static or something. Why can't they just combine the multicam pattern with it like someone else said? Or use woodland pattern on it. As is it looks retarded, it's as good as having a big sign saying "HERE I AM! SHOOT ME!" over his head. Yes, well combining a small like pattern with a more larger one is best for camouflage. You can spot the larger pattern from far away and avoid that "black blob" effect if you only have a small, for example digital pattern that hasn't got many different shades of color. So, combining M81 Woodland with the new ACU could prove out to be pretty good. Well, actually all of the uniforms in that page are used by garrison units. Those types of uniforms are not to be worn in combat, though the Flora pattern uniform is issued for field/combat use. Well, I could presume that the greener pattern is the Naval TTsKO, almost like the Ukranian M88 pattern. The colors varie between uniforms as there are different variations like desert and forest. The brownish one could be a Flora pattern in an desert variation. Please correct me if I'm wrong! Not sure if this has been posted earlier. I get the huge bang effects (that you get when you shoot a tank with AT rounds) when I use the bayonet and hit the tank. Forgot to mention how much I'm enjoying this mod! Great stuff, it really knocks the tank battles up a notch!

Well, this mod is about the Finnish defence forces. So, i wouldn't take so much interest in adding new, more modern US troops, you can download those yourself and add them to your missions. New sky-packs you can download yourself too, i have the Kegetys's hisky and it works well, no need to add more size to the mod for things you don't need. New Russian troops, maybe? But then again, you can add them yourself.

The helmet is Maska-1R if i remember correctly

We all forgot one big thing: Armed Assault just can't be XBOX because the Armed Assault screenshots (like this one) show all new islands and I believe it was stated some time ago that OFP XBOX would only include the 4 original islands and the BIS campaigns. EDIT: Link to XBOX interview Plans can change. Why wouldn't BIS add new islands? And even that interview is dated May 2003. I bet BIS wouldn't just sit on their arses for 2 years without doing anything to the game. (XBOX version, that is) Even OFP2 should of been in the 1970's, but they changed the plan, or so it seems. I had the same error too. But after installing the MAAM 1.3 the bug was gone. I just extracted the "MAAM_magazines.pbo" to res/addons. Worked out fine.

I think that has something to do with the MAAM 1.3 I had the same error, didn't have the MAAM 1.3 installed. I just extracted the "MAAM_Magazines.pbo" to the Res/addons folder and it worked out fine. Though it could be a little different as you are running Y2K3.
