ok, about the normals, i check the box, and still see nothing. when you create a face, what direction do the normals default to? maybe i can find em there. if not, any other ideas?

yea, i think O2 is a pretty powerful program. it just has the weirdest interface i've ever seen. usually, hotkeys aren't really necessary to use. in O2, thats what they seem to be, because there are a lot of things i know there are hotkeys are, but no way to access them via a menu or something else. oh yea, one more question: any way to create a vertex at a certain set of x,y,z coordinates? i want something a little more precise than just point and "insert"

i've been playing ofp for a while now. today i played, i didn't make any modifications to anything, except playing some missions. i then exited, and i came back to play about 5 minutes ago. i try to start it up, but ofp crashes and i get a popup error message - "cannot load mipmap data\jasno.pac" what do i do? i really dont want to reinstall; i already have like 3 times now.

well, i dunno why it would just suddenly do it, i hadnt added any addons since the last time i played. also, i used ofpmanager to check out data.pbo, and the file was in there, so i stuck the data.pbo from the cd in the dta folder, and it still didnt work.

yea i restarted my computer, and then tried again, same old thing happened.

What would you like to see in ofp2

definitely trenches and craters, possibly diggable foxholes. eh? that would be pretty cool. maybe some random wildlife. better indoor environments, i.e. : less bugs when trying to walk around a friggin house. basically other than that, improve all the old stuff. -

yea, the watch doesn't work for me either. i'm pretty sure i know why, its because i have the worst video card possible - intel 810 . i've tried 1024x768, highest texture resolutions possible, no hands..... now all i have to do is save up approximately 1000 bucks to upgrade my computer. oh yea, it might be cuz we don't run ofp at 32bpp, i'm at 16 cuz thats all my card supports.
