lol it sounds like some of those "art" websites are coming back to haunt you. Hmmm....dunno, there IS some software for that, but I wouldn't be able to recommend anything to ya except maybe WindowWasher, some of those very websites advertize it. There is a trial version available for download, just look for it.

I just played a couple of maps with 2 other people, the host was a 56k, I am also a 56k and the third guy was on DSL - My ping was jumping from 500-1100, and the guy on DSL showed anywhere from 400-700. Overall lag was better than what i've encountered in a lot of high-speed hosts where my ping showed at around 400. The host and the DSL player both agreed that they saw a big improvement also. Way to go BIS!
