Hmmm... Went to your website for v2.09 but couldn't see it anywhere. Not that v2.08 isn't working fine for me, but it's always nice to keep up with the latest version of things...

The dedicated server instance has a 'default' player that is connected to the server. This player is player id number 2 and it's player name is '_SERVER_'. It takes up 1 extra player spot. You cannot use this server player as a normal player though because it never gets connected to a 'user'.

you don't get it to run... it's broken... as you have noted some of the 'defalut/official/standard' vanilla .pbo's for version 1.05 don't even pass the verification process. BIS haven't gotten round to releasing updated signature files for some of the .pbo's. Hopefully in the next patch. Until then this server.cfg parameter is unserviceable. Which is a real bummer 'cause it would certainly help in the anti-cheat area...

reportingIP syntax is... reportingIP="<>"; you need the greather-than and less-than signs in the string.

I just tested those 2 parameters on a Dedi and the AI still send thier kill reports, and thier own death report. netStats didn't affect the MP 'I' key either. hmmm...

ArmA and FADE/Securom 'assumes' that if you are using a 'image' mounted on a virtual DVD drive then you are a pirate. It does not have the capability to make the additional distinction that yes you might be using a virtual mounted image, but hey the CD key is legit so don't activate FADE. It's the way of things I'm afraid.

It's the new and improved FADE baby! If you have a legit copy and you are getting this then you should contact that suppliers support department.
