Hi all... the 2nd update comes soon but here some pics for the begin: now, the GDI Walls are remade. You got now the chance to shoot out of the walls, just look at the pic. (GDI soldier is only an alpha version, Sam is atm at work to redoing it with some more variants, like Soldier/Disc Thrower/Medic/Chemical unit/ and a special unit (no comment to that special unit, you guys will see it soon ) That sniper riffle isnt a Tiberian Genesis Mod one, its the M82A1 Barett Model from SJB. ( just used because its a good long riffle to show the gunpos) -=>B.I.G Preview<=- -=>B.I.G Preview<=- You see... we got now 2 variants of walls, but if you look from the outside they looks all the same, in the inside you see the inwall is missed and it got 2 ladders, it gives more chances for the Infantries to defense the bases, and its very funny to shoot out to the enemies with sniper riffles. And here just more to the walls, they are now destroyable look it self: -=>B.I.G Preview<=- -=>B.I.G Preview<=- -=>B.I.G Preview<=- -=>B.I.G Preview<=- You see... 4 parts. One is the normal wall, undammaged. then the 2nd is the light dammaged wall after the 2nd comes the 3th, that one is heavy dammaged and at last, the destroyed one. its not finished, the effect is missing, NeoArmageddon is on it, and i think he will do a great job at it ok thats all for the moment we will post soon more things... just wait ltrs -

Yea well you get the idea! Although dosent tiberium grow? I mean i remember in one the videos from the orignal C&C where it showed like a sort of research video where it showed the tiberum spreading roots out and growing like a plant. Also theres that big stalk thing that pumps out green gas like stuff and tiberium grows around it! So maybe its some sort of crystal plant thing that makes gas's Edit:also in tiberium sun didnt nod make thoughs missels out of harvest tiberium? my memorys scetchy. When tiberium touched plants it would basicly mutate them,killing them in a way and as it mutated certain plants would produce tiberium,Blue tiberium was shown in tiberian sun with the fs expansion but if I remember correctly,blue tiberium was of course more valuable,deadly and much taller,like 6-8 feet or so. I'm not quite sure why WW made the infantry die from tiberium,I would sum it up as an issue of 'sharp' edges or so but we will never know will we? Plus all things considered you look at GDI and Nod's headwear in TS. Probably helmets that help them survive,no doubt the earth was very messed up in TS and well...who knows what,perhaps oxygen was very low considering by now the tiberium mutated pretty much all trees and since trees produce oxygen,well you know how that goes. I just find it odd that by that time they would have all this technology but still nothing to counter tiberium,and lets not rule out the Vein monster,these 'weed'like veins that grew on the ground,it didn't hurt infantry but when a vehicle got on them its as if the veins began to beat up the vehicle,thus destroying it,now Nod could collect these using a certain vehicle and in return creating a Tiberium powered missile,which upon detonation which explode,sending green clouds out that would damage buildings,vehicles and basicly mutate infantry into viscroids. To sum it up,yes tiberium is in a way a living breathing thing just like plants,maybe you could also do some things with the tiberium plants,I remember this map on renegade (usermade) and when you would get near a tiberium plant of some sort it would move or something,or when you shot it anyway Hey nice info! I think that inform some peps here Yes, the blue tiberium gives more damage, we have choiced the double dammage of the green one... and sure.. the blue one explode when you shoot at it.But not a big explode, the dammage is like a hand grenade, soldiers can die, but for vehicles not a dramatical problem I think in the 2nd Update comes 2 things more from NOD, like NOD Harpy and NOD Repair Bot, but isnt sure, only maybe. Hello^^ sorry for my english, that comes at first @ gandalf we arent sure about a demo... i think maybe at christmas time? ^^ we would release the mod in Armed Assault, that means we wait with doing that NV Goggles effects, because you cant know what exact comes in Armed Assault.. if we do it now, then probably done for nothing but... maybe a small gift at xmas time...but only if you all are also respectable At the Tiberium we have made a Green and Blue light, this light is how a street lamp, its a non vehicle object, and only shine in the dark, and its under ground, puted in the island (wrp puted) And that smoke... yes use a bit your fantasy, we was thinking we do a small effect in it, like "gas" toxic "gases".... the last update of the tiberium was growing, first was coming out the rock (under part) then after that "rock" came the crystal(s). was very nice, and was a nice effect from me... but one thing wasnt good at it, over MP were some complications at it, it produced laggs, because in one map are like 100 fields, and you know 100x an animation like an rotation needs some ressources, and in OFP MP you have not much ressources, fast you got laggs.. and that suxx really and... thx for that positive comments ltrs -Sen†ry ˛°°ł -
Hey nice textured! gj. I have here too an Mech, started it long ago I dont have the time to finish it, because im atm working on the Tiberian Genesis Mod, leader there :P But... i got there some mechs too, like the GDI Juggernaut. I know how.... you do in the config an animation (rotation) like a door. Its how that animation if you shoot with a tank the gun blows back. you do a script that got a loop, that repeats that animation, if you want i can do that.... just PM me.. or i got another idea... with setobject texture. you do dunno how many, like 5 various textures of that red thing.. one is dark then more lighter more lighter and more lighter... then you switch them, with setobject texture, looks more realer as that rotate animation. but that one i cant do for you, i got ever problems at setobject texture, i dont know why ltrs Sen†ry ˛°°ł

We are doing too new buildings, like sky scrapers and burned buildings. and some where you can go in, and get save from the wars outa the houses. I will show you guys later some screens about them. We are atm on them, ive created a new bridge too, not that one from the game C&C Tiberian sun, its one of my phantasy... you can drive on the bridge and under the bridge can walk civilians or soldiers in the tunnels.... i will post screens about it too laters.... ltrs Sen†ry ˛°°ł Tibrian Genesis Mod Leader

I have got an idea.... Ive released a desert eagle in february 2004... and puted an effect in like the empty model, when you have shooted all bullets out of the magazine. think that will give your weapon a new effect. PM me on if you would like to put a thing like that in. ltrs

We got already all sounds what we need @Acacyn Thx! We are on it, and we release i think 2 new videos. one of our new juggernaut walk animation (looks now more realistic, his body is animated too, i only can say, all of that mech is animated ) And a video of our updated Build menu for our MP Mission or SP. Status report.... isnt sure right now, think ~50% We will release the mod in Armed Assault... so i cant say what status we have, because we must change in ArmA some things. ltrs Sen†ry ˛°°ł -

soon we will release some more pics.... and we have finished the energy system. it works how in C&C with that red/yelow/green. I will post laters a pic of it this crates what you see in that pic what ive posted are how in C&C avaiable too, that one with corners, how round thats the random crate, you will find it in our MP mission (like CTI but muuuuch modified) and its only one avaiable,when you have found it, go to it and you become a tank, or money, or a bad thing, like a bomb or mutants. how in the C&C game. its very funny to search crates :P and if your base is destroyed, and you dont have a MCV (Mobile Construction Vehicle) and you search a crate, you will get a new MCV! dunno why that is, in the C&C Game is it. It is a CTI. we extremely modified it with some new scripts like harvesting scripts and now this menu! And yes, the another soldiers can build the vehicles and can attackt the enemies. And the commander can build the base and the defenses. You can transfer the commander function to an another player too. ltrs -

T_D made a video of the latest status of his build menu. Now it is possible to scroll the building list. Furthermore he has removed the mouse function, because it didn't work on every PC. With the keys "Q" and "Y" you can change the altitude of the camera. The money display in the corner also works very well.
