Someone desperately tries to save its economy from Great depression 2.0, so more chaos abroad - more chances to escape the collapse and get a boost like during WW2. China is just another in the list. Ukraine plan "a" becomes slow, so plan "b" is started.

IRL many foreigners are associating all Russians with this crash and argue 'Why had you shot down the Boeing?!' already. Due to this perfectly orchestrated hysteria in media. So please do not turn naive girl mode on, you know that Putin is not some abstract person of Russian origin but the president. Dozens of kilometers? According to who? To those who claim that we used nukes against glorious UA army? I have some other info - that the group of soldiers was kidnapped at the border and then brought further to UA territory. If it is considered. And often it is considered only after some order from politicians. For example Chechen seps weren't labeled as terrorists until 2000's despite pure acts of terrorism committed by them such as massive hostage taking. Due to political moments it was totally okay for all so-called democratic countries and organizations that they opressed non-Chechen population before first war and killed many, took a hostages in two hospitals and then committed large number of crimes after gaining de-facto independence until 1999. Sure, all this was done against Russia, so it is okay. And that were the dissidents that took a hostages in the theatre, not terrorists... Indeed, the Crimea escaped the bloody war and massive destructions, ethnic cleansings and profanation of christian churches, no ethnic group had to flee in masses out of the Crimea, it got three official languages (instead of a single Ukrainian one)... How bad! What a horrible human rights violations! Indeed we must have been not stopped the 'trains of friendship' with Ukrainian ultra-right activists and permit the same things that were done in Harkov, Odessa and Mariupol. That would be truly free and democratic way, yes? And we should have been move our fleet out of Crimea and welcome US one there... Right next to our border.

Ehm... Is it me really? Or... https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Bs8TN24CYAAJlYb.jpg (125 kB) http://img.dni.ru/binaries/v2_articlephotoauto/837256.jpg (269 kB) Much earlier a number of Ukrainian shells landed on Russian territory. As well as a group of BMPs with infantry crossed the border and took a firefight with our border patrol. One BMP was broken and left on our territory. What was it? It's the same story as with terrorist groups in US. Everything is okay until the group fights with the regime hostile to US. At the moment when it's not needed or starts to perform independently - it is labeled terrorist. But... but... The similar joke at gunpoint of international group of armed forces in Kosovo was quite okay... The only difference is that in Kosovo the declaration of independence wasn't even proclaimed as the result of referendum but was made at the session of local separatist parliament. You don't agree with our right to joke?! Oh and the Mayotte joke was fine too... Why don't you like Crimean one?

Dude, please calm down at first and don't tell me what to do. At second, I have seen myself how many coffins come annually from the army because of different accidents and even know who is ordered to tell the family about the fact of death and what documents do they prepare. But who should really cut the BS is those who use that sad but usual fact in their dirty game, drawing usual non-combat losses as some combat ones. You say about people get threatened, but how did you know then about all that unmarked graves and other stuff? OGS (one-granny-said) news agency? Or some facebook opposition activists? Or threats weren't so serious? Care to explain? P.S. Folks, I've been already tired from horror tales about what's happening in my country by those who had never been here. The amount of BS spread around really makes me sad. And what makes me sad even more is that many of you are quite happy to believe in every kind of stuff if it is anti-Russian. Every attempt to counter it leads to "ZOMG YOU ARE ZOMBIFIED WITH PUTIN'S TV!!!1 HOW CAN'T YOU SEE ZE TRUTH???!!!1". Seems that one stereotype about vodka and bears is changed with evil Putin's dictatorship. P.P.S. My state-owned ISP has Fox news, DW, France24, BBC, Euronews available. Censorship and brainwashing TV, yes...

You know, army is quite a dangerous thing. Even in peace time. Just as in many other countries. Here's an example how mothers in USA missing their sons: http://img-fotki.yandex.ru/get/4710/94845085.88/0_6e1bf_deace5a9_XL.jpg (159 kB) Russian army is not an exception unfortunately.

... or that video was recorded much earlier before the whole Ukrainian mess. Or maybe it is the place similar to that on the video. But sure you will say that it's evil Russkies firing Grads on poor Ukraine. Sure. Dude, some helicopter crews from the base nearby practice in low-level flight just upon the roads and fly so near to the houses that I was able to recognise whether they have FFAR pods loaded or they carry empty ones. Then, training facility I've shown is not totally surrounded with the fence. Then, if you don't see the area from which suspected Grads fired directly how can you say it's just a field but not some guarded area with the fences just not visible from the point of recording? Do you need the debunking of this video by me with the screenshots, notes and arrows? I may do.
-
I've looked this video for several times and also looked all the map screenshots with notes in that post. So, as a geographer, I may say that depicted Grads fire along the border, if the place was really the same as in given coordinates (look at what you have given to me and tell me where are the electric grids shown in the video and why the trees are so near to the lake and why there aren't any on the video?). You know, dude, the home of my parents stands just opposite to the training area of MIA troops, so during my lifetime there I often woke up because of explosions and gunfire (yeah they used mortars and AGS there) in the morning. Oh and another training area for armored vehicles and heavy artillery about 20 km far from this one. So I've perfectly heard large explosions of arty shells. So... yes, Russia is shooting at Russia. I see electric grids and no trees at the video and some trees and no grids on the photo from that place. So? ---------- Post added at 00:03 ---------- Previous post was at 23:43 ---------- According to the fact that many of former UA servicemen, both from army and MVD, joined Russian military and MVD... That pics don't surprise at all:D And seems they may be twisted a bit. P.S. Good portion of humor by Germans:
-
Watch it, compare with google maps presented in that post and you'll see that the rockets are fired along the border. If the geolocation was proper (I don't believe only in one evidence by pro-Western twitter account, where are 'several people' mentioned in the post?).
-
I suppose it's not because they don't wear badges but because they are the result of the UA servicemen' wet fantasies who have to explain somehow their epic fails. And most suitable explaination is almighty Russian army that fights against them. Otherwise they would be totally ashamed if they admit the fact that glorious UA army and various batallions are being defeated by their compatriots from nearby towns. BTW don't forget about Black sea fleet Naval infantry that was stationed in Crimea:) So yes, some of that 'polite men' were from 810th regiment possibly. P.S. Anyway, I hadn't seen any more or less good proof of shelling Ukrainian troops from Russian territory. Only plain text of their brave soldiers.
-
Meanwhile Putin's authoritarian propaganda says about a number of mass-graves with the bodies of civilians found by DPR troops near former Ukrainian positions.
-
I'd like to agree with you but those lunatics are more or less experienced in real warfare and they help to train various batallions. From what I know none of Ustashi leaders were granted with the honorable award like 'Hero of Croatia' (something like 'Hero of Russia' award, don't know how Croatian equivalent is named). Stepan Bandera was. I don't know if any Croatian military or paramilitary detachment adopted former Third Reich symbols and slogans used by Ustashi. Ukrainian ones did after maidan. Correct me if I'm wrong but no representatives of openly far right nationalistic parties have the places in the Croatian government. In Ukrainian government they have it. I haven't seen any open hate speeches containing joy about died people and promise to hang all the federation supporters later about any non-Croatian nation from current Croatian officials. Ukrainian ones freely talk in such way. So? P.S. I see how authoritarian my country is if some days ago several thousands of open Ukrainian actions supporters gathered in Moscow... Can you imagine the same gathering of separatist/pro-Russia supporters in Kiev? P.P.S. I'm still waiting the photos or videos containing Russian troops with clear markings on Ukrainian land from one monsieur who stated that our army entered Ukraine;)
-
Exactly. And monsieur Besson feels very well. At least now.
-
Are you sure thay aren't backed and sponsored by various islamic funds and diasporas stationed across the Middle East and Europe? Have you seen any condemnation of them by Saudi, Qatari, UAE or Jordanian authorities? Correct me if it was but I haven't seen any. At least 100 French jihadists are arrested, okay. How many of them are already got real sentence or will get it for sure? How many were arrested in Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Denmark?
-
Care to explain what crimes do you mean with some links proving them? I can do it about crimes committed by UA troops and NG but that links will be removed as gore/explicit content (so I'll post them only if moderators will permit and won't delete them at least for a couple of days). Can you? Exactly. Just as one French gentleman that widely helped Croatians during Yugoslavian civil war (and helping Ukrainian NG almost since its creation now). And UNSO folks that took part in wars in that Armenia, Chechnya, Georgia, Abhasia (cheers for Argo batallion again!), Moldova. They volunteered to take part in the war against Abhasians and Russians and pro-Russian Chechens in early 90's with no resistance (or even maybe with support) from Kiev central authorities and SBU. They armed regimes openly hostile to Russia with great pleasure. So, oh the irony, payback came. And now Abhasian and Russian volunteers help their own separatists. You know, all that jihadists who are fighting in Syria and Iraq now and came there from UK or Belgium - they don't have Afghan or Libyan or Saudi citizenship. Do you understand what I mean?
-
Again I ask for clear video/photo proof of it, not some Ukraine media text claim "from unnamed ATO source". They moan for some months already that mysterious Russian regiments drive across the Ukraine. But still, no matter of thousands cameras available for the local people, nobody could take a clear record. So I'm waiting for your clear evidences in the respected thread. And quitting offtop here.
-
Had anybody knew about them until the Syrian civil war? I shouldn't say so. From what I see IS became well-known after taking part in it.
-
I'm waiting for you to post some more-or-less high-res pics or videos of Russian troops bombing Ukrainian ones in the respected thread (not some painted-alike Grad or T-72 with Kontakt-5 that is produced in Ukraine also) as proof of your accusation. Please only plain Russian troops with clearly visible signs together with clear evidences (roadsigns or advertisement billboards) of them being at Ukrainian soil.
-
Taliban/Al Quaeda #2. First they were welcomed while fighting against Assad, then they suddenly became 'ze evil terrorists' after turning to their own way and fighting against more pro-Western groups.
-
Great, international law at its best... So can we bomb any country for the same kind of reason and just notice them about start of the operation?
-
Unfortunately it hadn't learnt another one: "don't dig a pit for someone - you'll fall into it". Now old debts for support of rebellions in other country are becoming actual (greetings to former Argo batallion that helped to commit crimes in Abhasia and other UNA-UNSO folks that travelled freely to Chechnya and helped a lot to commit genocide against all non-Chechens, even their fellow Ukrainians).
-
Meanwhile in Germany some people think it's not only Putin's and Russia's fault for MH-17 crash and make a lawsuit against Ukraine. P.S. Sorry if repost, couldn't read recent pages due to overdose of russophobia. Sorry.
-
Sure, there are other stories - how some bloody dictators shoot innocent protesters and civilians from heavy MGs and artillery. No matter that those protesters and civilians wear vests and have AKs. And sometimes display flags of some Gulf monarchy. And make firing positions in civil appartments, making holes in the walls. Really they are THAT MUCH better:)
-
How funny to see the reaction for the opinion that differs from yours (don't mean any personally) - "You are zombified by horrible Russian propaganda!!!!1 Poor people they don't know ZE TRUTH!!!!1". Guys, you know, truth may be different. And I'd remind to all the inhabitants of free states with no propaganda - if someone says things that are counter to your personal point of view - that does not mean they are brainwashed. There's a good proverb: "Most loudly shouts 'Catch the thief!' thief himself". And judging about how straightly depends opinion of some persons who moans about poor Russians zombified by Putin's propaganda on what is written in main western media outlets (yes I read them too together with UA and 'opposition' Russian stuff) I have bad news...
