Hold LEFT SHIFT, then press the MINUS key on your numpad (the one usually on the far right, release the LEFT SHIFT, then type in FLUSH. You should get a confirmation "FLUSH Activated" or something like that on top of your screen so you know it worked.

Assuming you have an editable model of ArmA A10 to do that....
-
@Matt: Maybe a messed up patch installation caused that? Try reinstalling the game and applying patches.

cannot integrate two description.ext files
Sniperwolf572 replied to Novusordo's topic in ARMA : CONFIGS AND SCRIPTING (addons)
This should do the trick: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">class CfgMusic { tracks[]={tt2, req, track03}; class track01 { name = "tt2"; sound[] = {\music\tt2.ogg, db+100, 1.0}; }; class track02 { name = "req"; sound[] = {\music\req.ogg, db+100, 1.0}; }; class track03 { name = "class"; sound[] = {\music\class.ogg, db+100, 1.0}; }; }; class CfgSounds { sounds[] = { rad1, rad2, rad3, rad4, Funk, Ari }; class voicesample { name = "rad1"; sound[] = {"rad1.ogg", db+100, 1.0}; titles[] = { 0, $STRM_Voice }; }; class voicesample2 { name = "rad2"; sound[] = {"rad2.ogg", db+100, 1.0}; titles[] = { 0, $STRM_Voice2 }; }; class voicesample3 { name = "rad3"; sound[] = {"rad3.ogg", db+100, 1.0}; titles[] = { 0, $STRM_Voice2 }; }; class voicesample4 { name = "rad4"; sound[] = {"rad4.ogg", db+100, 1.0}; titles[] = { 0, $STRM_Voice2 }; class Rauschen { name="Rauschen"; sound[]={\sounds\rauschen.ogg, db+20, 1.0}; titles[] = {}; }; class Ari { name="Ari"; sound[]={\sounds\ari.ogg,db+30,1.0}; titles[] = {}; }; }; -
There are already quite a few threads on the topic, so we don't need another one, also, refrain from starting threads without any proper content in the first post. The already existing threads are: The Iraq Thread 4 European Politics Thread US Politics Thread Closing.

Right, question asked and answered, as you gentlemen have demonstrated, this thread is not going to produce anything else useful. Closing. -
You could've shown this in the pinned photography thread. And please don't hotlink images over 100kb in the future. Closing.

How to play CZ/GER version completely in English
Sniperwolf572 replied to sickboy's topic in ARMA - GENERAL
Install the 1.05 patch and switch the language to English in the Video options menu. -
I realize you're having problems with the game, but there is no need to bump the topic every hour. Anyways, as far as I have noticed, about switching from map back to game, there will sometimes be a small delay to avoid the loading screens that were previously an issue, you should get a small text message in the lower left on the map screen saying "Receiving...". From my experience that should not happen when switching into the map or when pressing escape key to access the menu.

Tracers and sounds really impressed me, but I think most of the other stuff can be implemented or is in ArmA one way or another.

I'm assuming, it's the ArmA engine at work, when you are not touching the ground or any roadway lod, or when you are stuck in geometry in any way (thats why you can't turn around in confined spaces), you are not allowed to turn your character around, but you can move your arms around when you have your cursor floating zone on. Now, for some reason, I'm not very happy with the behavior of the floating zone in ArmA, it feels very odd, so I've turned it off, which means, I can't get any movement with that besides vertical. Has anyone actually experimented with roadway LODs on vehicles? I doubt BIS 5t has a roadway LOD in the back.

To me this is nothing new, DMA did the same thing in OFP. Problem in the first part of the video is that he isn't setdiring himself to face the front of the truck and ArmA engine isn't allowing him to turn around because he's colliding with trucks geometry, so you can shoot in a fixed arc, and if you've turned down the floating of the cursor, you can only move the gun up/down. Second part of the video he is setdir-ing himself so he always faces forwards, and you get the same problem.

Pretty sure mods can not give you an yes/no answer to this, simply because we are not the ones developing the game, but we are people who maintain order on this forum. Typing in caps will not, magically, make all of the BIS developers to notice and reply to this thread, not even if you made the letters bold.

Iraq Modern Warfair COOP Mod
Sniperwolf572 replied to {9thinf}Ghost-IMW-Dev's topic in ARMA - ADDONS & MODS: DISCUSSION
Ebud, please don't quote images in the future. -
Please do add more to your posts except a random comment and a smiley. As for the original question: Many features that we see today in ArmA were denied a few times in interviews, but yet we see them in the game functioning (for the most part) as they should. I believe that adding a feature such as this at this point of the games life is going to be wishful thinking. But who knows, BIS has surprised us more than once, and who knows, maybe we'll see something like this in an expansion pack, if there will be one.

ArmA Public Beta Patch 1.05.5143
Sniperwolf572 replied to INNOCENT&CLUELESS's topic in ARMA - GENERAL
Please do keep this thread on topic. -
I'm assuming the engine would turn on to power the turret, no power = no turret movement.

I tend to agree with you, because I value the content of the posts more than someones post count or the date they joined, but I have nothing against titles, avatars and signatures (If they're reasonably sized of course). With that said, I don't think such change is even possible at this moment, forums/database are fragile enough as is.

So, who's to say that someone is not going split their pics up again into 200kb segments to get even bigger picture out? 5 pic limit per post, 100kb image size = 500KB 5 pic limit per post, 200kb image size = 1MB So, I _think_ there are 20 posts per page, and you get 20MB per page in the photo thread. Also, with the current rule, 56k-ers can choose if they want to open up the bigger pic or not. I'm on a high speed connection too, but since I'm limited in bandwidth per month, I'd rather not waste 20MB per page.
