I had this error as well when the patch was released. Install your game again and then patch it. That solved it for me. -------------------- bol.de is pretty cheap, but Amazon is cheap as well with 42€... or how cheap you're expecting this to be?

that has been fixed with the patch. most people are rather pleased with it now unless they run hardware on the limit and still think they have to see further than 4000m or so...

I get this error since the patch when I try to launch the game. And nope it is a clean isntall + patch. nothing modded. any ideas?

your specs are on the absolute borderline to play this game. try running the game with the startup parameter "-maxmem=VALUE". for example "-nosplash -maxmem=1024" (what VALUE you use for maxmem and what it best for your rig you need to see for yourself)

the fix was ready last night already. However, they found another minor bug and they are adding that at the moment. I was told that the fix should be available later today. You will find it also on ArmAmods.net soon as it is ready.

If you had the german SE you wouldn't be happy at all. Most of the people get CTD's and get dropped from the servers with the message "original games don't fade...". Morphicon is aware of it and they will try to include a fix in the "hotfix" they are working on that causes major performance issues in the german version compared to the czech version. So you can be happy you don't have it yet. (Placebo as well btw, cause people would rampage this fourm atm)

this is getting pretty sad now. I am sure the publisher is to be blamed. yes they are... or better the way how securom was implemented and how it constantly keeps checking for the disc in the drive. However, Morphicon is working on this with all resources and the fix should be out asap.

Yeah players hate to be told where to go anyway. Best is they just go by the map and your markers and the rest is up to them
