Well, I didn't even think to unplug the joystick, it's nothing that amazing, but sure enough, it's the bloody new stick. Looks like it's a conflict with the default MS HID-compliant game controller drivers, I just need to figure out how to uninstall them so I can put the proper divers in their place. (it seems FS X has the same issue with this stick) Thanks for your help Vohk, I shall just pray to you next time!

Can no-one give me any pointers with this? Does anyone else have an eyefinity setup that's working ok?

Hi all. Had a system failure a while ago, and just got things up and running again. Re-installed AA, but of course lost all my save game files. Does any have a savegame file that would allow me to continue from my last mission? Or some other way of getting to that point without re-playing the whole thing? The mission was the one where myself and two others were sneaking around a camp at night, trying to blow up two ammo trucks and stop the enemy radioing in for re-inforcements. I think it was a side mission actually. Even is someone can tell me exactly where I was in the story that'll be a start! Thanks loads for any help. Squeaker

Ok, ignore the above post, a couple more reboots and some specially selected swear words and it all seems ok now. Bloody PC's. I miss my Amiga.

Installed CCC fine, but now as soon as I try and run armed assault, I get a dialog box saying "Display adaptor does not support format D24S8 for X8R8G8B8". Anyone know what on earth it means? And how can I get back in to the game again! All help greatly appreciated!
