True about Midtown Madness 2.

On my laptop, which has the full version of XP home edition, it works fine.On my desktop, i have XP Home upgrade, which i upgraded from Me, and it works fine.XP is based off of Windows 2000.Thats why its more reliable then Me. Im not shure then if XP Pro is compatible though.All though my friend has XP Pro and he is able to ply Midtown Madness 2, so i dont see why it wont work with XP Pro.Maybe you try it out tell us. If it doesnt work... we never meet.

OFP works with XP Home edition, so i dont see why not.

I have used my steering wheel a couple times. you might want to go to, if you have Windows Me,Start,control panel,game controlers, then select your steering wheel, then properties.If you have XP, start, control panel.If you are in "Category Vew" go to Printers and Other Hardware, then Game controllers.Or if you are in Classic veiw, follow Windows Me.Then in the Controller Dead zone, mess around with that, and the sensitivity.Hope it helps

The law sight in Operation Flashpoint is not relistic.It's totaly diffrent in real life, it has special gun sight, you just fit the tanks body in 2 lines, one going left and one going right.I actually looked thru a real law sight,(not loaded lol, on display) and in OFP it's not even close. I dont have any tips on firing it in OPF, i have a hard time launching targeting tanks with it, my self.I hope BIS uses the real law sight in Resitance.

My dad was in the army, about 14 to 20 some years ago, he inlisted in 1979(just to lazy to calculate).He drove the M1 out in Fort Hood Texas.He was testing them when they got the M1.Then he was transfered to the 2nd AD(Armored divsion), cause they decided that the 2nd AD should use them first(If i remeber what my dad told me).He was in it for 4 years.Then just became a normal soldier after that for anthor 10 years.Ill see if i can get more info from him.

Abrams, M1A1 Abrams. I voted for M1A1.But i would like a M2 for the comander and put a 7.62 M240 Machinegun for the loader, just to make the tank look cool, i mean not shoot-able but just to make it look relistic.I remeber asking my dad how relistic the M1A1 is in Operation Flashpoint, and he was wondering where the heck is the M2 and the M240 and where is the loader?Then i had to tell him about it all.But it shure did bring back memories for him, bout the interior and the gun site and the driver postion etc... Hell, im even thinking bout continuing my dads legend, when i reach 17, and drive the M1A2 or if there is the M1A3.

Well, thats kinda what happend in the columbine shooting.They found these kids playing Doom, thats how they got the idea. All though i disagree with giving you ability to shoot better.I mean playing a computer game, your not holding a 20 pound gun, which could make it harder to shoot in real life.It requires skill to shoot.In games, you dont need skill.You dont have to align the front and back gun sight, to shoot.I mean in real life, if you dont align the front or back gun sight properly, the bullet could miss its target by 10 feet or if you breath , the same thig could happen.In Operation Flashpoint, its already aligned and ready to fire. So they should change there idea about games giving you the abilty to aim better.I mean like this actuall interactive game (i cant remeber what its called) which is basicly a gun and a projector(which puts an image of a deer onto our wall), i could see that giving you better skill.Cause you are basicly holding a real gun(not really) which you have to align the gun sight and they are selling these, to even kids younger then 7 years old.

Just stick with the mouse and keyboard.When your basiclly doing 0 knots and you move the mouse left(or right), your using the rudder.I perfer using the mouse an keyoard.Or ou can use the x or c key.

You have a wireless, optical mouse?I have a Microsoft wireless intellimouse explorer.I notice it lags when trying to make a mission.I mean it doesnt lag right away.It starts happening like right after i test the mission.It only happens when im working on tank mission.Like when im testing a battle, and i fire, all the smoke lags the game, then i exit out, then it starts lagging.So i just alt tab out and that fixes it.

Is it a copy of Operation Flashpoint?I mean copy on CD-R or CD-RW.Or is it the actuall CD fresh out of the box?

Oh i though this topic is about A10's, the rudder does'nt work after you reach a certain speed.I have no trouble with the helicopter's rudder my self.

Ok i called my dad up and asked which tank he drove and he said the M1 not the M1A1, my mistake. Like i said, i absoulutly know nothing bout M1's.So you guys are correct.Later

I have to say my dad drove the M1 not the M1A1.Its been realy long time.About 14 years ago, so my dad probley forgot.But he said his tank had a 105mm, so it probley is the original M1.Later

Wow you were in the 1st CAV to!?Oh i asked my dad about if he drove the M1 or the M1A1 and he said the M1A1.It had a 105mm gun on it, not a 120mm.My dad was in from '79 to '82 or '83.I remeber my dad telling me that he went to Saudi to drop off some M1A1's and he M2A2's for the Saudis to test .He also told me about the close to death experiance he had when out there.Some Saudi freeks armed with AK's threatend to kill them, if they didnt leave.They thought they were Isrealis.But they had to show them proof that the were not Isrealis.
