Last night the England fans were chanting "Are you Scotland in disguise?" when they were 1 nil up, so you asked for it. Â Firstly, you seem quite tense. Can i suggest you get rid of all that negative energy by beating up some Frenchmen. I'm sure you'll feel better afterwards, and the fine won't be that big anyway. ALLEZ ZIZOU!!! Â

Yeah, i was at that game. He scored 1, then made the assist in the other 3! He's differerent class to the rest of our team (apart from McFadden). --- I'm gutted Scotland didn't make the finals. Â At least we had a good party with the Dutch in the play-offs. BTW, those Oranjes really know how to impress the ladies. Â Â Â

I know... Â Â He's vastly improved on the weakness he had in the 1st half of the season. I'm a bit over-critical of him because at the start of the season he was in competition with Fletcher for a place in the team. Now of course Fletcher has moved into the middle, so everyone is happy....apart from Butt, Keane, Neville, Kleberson etc.

Well, yes. It has a devolved parliament which Tony Blair affectionately described as a "Parish council". Â An embarrasing gaffe, but he's largely right....the real power is still reserved in Westminster.

Ahh, you mean 'Mr. Stepover', who can't cross a ball to save himself? Actually, i think he adds a lot to the England front line. Hardly ever scores, but works well with his back to goal setting up other players. Showed how well he can play as a target-man against Iceland last week. You can say that again, i don't think the lads ever been south of Portsmouth.... in fact Paddy Power are offering 66-1 on Rooney missing a game due to sunburn!

Heh, swapping one set of 'rulers' in London for a new set in Brussels, eh? Well, not really.... I believe Scotland needs it's own say in Europe. Some of the decisions taken by the UK government at European level haven't be suitable for Scotland (Fishing and immigration policy for example). As for why i vote for the SNP? Well, Scotland should be one of Europes richest countries (extensive natural resources, excellent education system and institutions etc.), yet our population is shrinking, have high levels of poverty, and we're the most unhealthy country in Europe  As has always been the case, the brightest and best have to leave to find success. There's an endemic confidence problem up here, and it's going to take a lot of time and effort to reverse it...but i'm pretty certain that the answer is not further union with the UK.

I voted for the SNP - Left of centre, pro-european, Scottish independence party.

Football365 is pretty good. (Click the team names for much more detailed info). I've backed Germany and England to win it. Germany because of the long odds and excellent tournament pedigree... and England because the financial compensation will help to ease the pain and suffering of them winning! Â

To the Water-cannons! The English are coming! Â Seriously though, i don't think we'll see a repeat of the scenes above. The police have issued banning orders (and taken the passports) of 2500 or so known hooligans. Natrually, there will be isolated incidents, but i doubt it'll be large scale riots.

And they say that 's.occer' is 'gay'!! Â Â Remove image tags when quoting.

Makes a change from your team crippling other players! I was at the game, and it was one of the worst tackles i've ever seen. Â Â I've got Å5 on Germany to win it. I know they're not playing well, but odds of 20-1 were too big to resist. Of course, i`ll also be supporting France, Switzerland and Croatia (and anyone else who play against England!) Â

I also have an iRiver IHP 120...expensive, but you get what you pay for. I love how i can just plug it into any PC with a USB port, and start using it instantly. It's so much more than just a device to play music. 255 UKP (about 380 euros) from advancedmp3players.co.uk

You're right. Immediately after the news of Kelly's death, journalists asked him if he had anything to do with his naming. Blair said 'emphatically no'. Hutton acknowledges that Blair chaired meetings about Kelly, but he seems to have given him the 'benefit of the doubt' - accepting that the meetings were about how to avoid allegations of a cover-up. What i don't understand is how Hutton can call the leaking of his report to The Sun "deplorable", but then say that Kelly's name was "bound to come out"! Surely the report was 'bound to come out' and the deliberate leaking of Kelly's name 'deplorable'?! Â Yes, but where are we going to read about these stories? Not on the newly castrated BBC anyway Â

<Removed link to the full video which breaks forums rules> I have a link to a fuller version of the video, which shows more of the detail that the ABC article talks about. PM me if you want the link.

Hopefully, but i wouldn't be too sure. Apparently he owns the company that makes the Kilroy programme. I wouldn't be suprised if he resurfaces on Channel 5 or Sky TV in 6 months or so.

And of course that famous football match... The international language of sport Merry Christmas!

Full story here Part of the video was shown on BBC news last week, if i recall correctly.

Interesting point Denoir. As a Scot i'm not suprised that Little Englander's are uneasy about a stronger Europe.

60 million dollars worth? I didn't realise these things had prices. Perhaps they're homedespot valuations Â

Have you tried turning the effects to 'None' in the graphics options screen? I find this works (with my FX 5600). The downside is that this sacrifices missile smoke trails. I'm sure it'll all be fixed come the full release.

BBC Brussels Brainbuster I scored 5/10....not bad for a Brit Â

This is surely the mark of a true superpower. A country that can tell the rest of the world to go to hell, launch a war of agression, then get the rest of the world to help pay for it. Â
