Is this personal insult day? Calling me a coward and talking negative about my character. I have a right, like everybody else, to doubt anything. Furthermore, I'm not the one bringing the charges about Kerry's time in Vietnam but veterans are. The swifts have poked a hole in Kerry's time in Vietnam (his christmas story). They exposed something that you do not want to admit has being false. Anyway, you do not have a right then to critize Bush's presidency because you have not been the president of the united states. Kerry runs to veterans organizations to get them to vote for him but, right after he came back from Vietnam, he said he did not want to "deal" with them. He hides his medals from public view (making the myth) for years until he runs for office. I'm not the one controlling the veterans who turns their backs to him when he speaks at veteran conventions/meetings. I find people like you the lowest form of coward. You can doubt whatever you want. We all can, it's called freedom of speech. I doubt your intelligence and your character and I don't mind saying so. You do however in exercising your right to free speech by choosing to criticize the actions of a better man than yourself, betray some serious character flaws and reveal the generally anemic moral framework from which you operate. Personally, I'd respect him more if he'd voted against the war and then voted for the bill. I wouldn't have agreed with it completely, but at least he would have supported giving the soldiers the funds they needed. Yes, I'm sure the war is overbudget, but that doesn't make it OK to try to stop a large amount of cash (Which, among many other things, was going to pay for body armor) as a political statement. Give the troops what they need, and go after the one who sent them there in the first place. It's not the common serviceman's/servicewoman's fault that there are US troops in Iraq and that the war is overbudget . Are you really naive enough to believe that had Kerry even succeeded in blocking the funding that the troops and the war effort would have suddenly gone unfunded? Please tell me you are smarter than that. The no vote would have been followed the next day by a yes vote with amendments made to the bill. That is how Congress works in case you never paid attention. Still, even if it had taken months, the troops would not have gone unfunded. Gee, if that appropriations bill was so wonderful, where were the provisions for the body armor? Where were the provisions for up-armored humvees? I wonder, maybe Kerry thought expenditures on things like that mattered more than giving money to the INC and Ahmed Chalabi? Do you think maybe he was being patriotic by voting no on a bill that spent recklessly and with little regard for the safety of the troops?

So, they do not like democrats that much and this makes them a "front" for the bush team... No it makes them and anyone who supports them despicable. It makes anyone like me who served in the Navy angry and it dishonors every veteran who ever served and calls into question every decoration ever awarded because it assumes that the process of awarding medals is flawed and that the people who won them may or may not deserve them depending upon who is running for office. The process of giving out medals in the military is nothing short of rigorous and it has built in integrity and any son of a bitch who never served who feels he has the right to question any award won by anybody who did serve deserves neither the freedom those veterans won for him with their service and too many times their lives nor the dignity or respect accorded a patriot and citizen of this country. What's more credible, applying the principle of Ockham's Razor that the simplest explanation tends to be the right one: 1) The Navy awarded medals to two men after doing extensive investigations before handing out the decorations and was fooled by John Kerry into thinking these men deserved them. Â All of the men testifying to the fact that Kerry deserved the medal as did Thurlow are now lying to serve John Kerry's narrow interests, and that the Swiftboat Vets for Truth group, despite the fact that it has been shown the bulk of whom did not serve with John Kerry and among whom are many noted republicans and also whose stories have now largely been disproven are absolutely not now serving some narrow interest. or 2)Kerry and Thurlow recieved fire during the same engagement in Vietnam, were put in for and justly deserved a medal and Thurlow and others are now trying to discount that fact to smear John Kerry.

The guy was talking about Kerry's medical records which he has not released but a summary. Would you release your medical records? Medical records are private. Kerry released the relevant parts about how he sustained his injuries in combat and the extent and nature of those injuries. Do we really need to know if Kerry had the clap while in 'Nam or if he has any medical problems? That stance on healthcare is extremely ignorant. They CAN and WILL expel you if you don't have insurance. I recently lost my brother to leukemia. he had excellent coverage, but there were families there that were told to take their loved one home to die because they lacked the coverage. There are also families who think they are covered, pay a lot for coverage and then get screwed by their HMO's. Healthcare in this country has reached the crisis level. We are getting behind third world nations in coverage. Costa Rica has better healthcare than the U.S.

The Third World Explosion Team is assembling. For those of you who haven't heard, 3WX is going to be an OFP architectural and landscaping firm. Our mission is to provide the most realistic and immersive 3D environments imaginable and possible for OFP and OFP2. We will operate a texture library, nursery and construction yard with materials freely available for all mod teams and mapmakers to use. All mod teams are encouraged to donate related projects and materials to the 3WX collection. These materials will be non-proprietary, the only caveat being that all donated materials will retain their original mod team tag and the addon maker must be credited in the readme for anyone using the product. 3WX original and altered products will be affixed with the 3WX tag and the addon maker appropriately credited as well. There are all sorts of mod teams who make vehicles, aircraft, weapons and units for OFP, but there is no elite mod team making immersion products exclusively. We want to be that elite team. Instead of trying to assemble all new talent, we want and hope that modders skilled in this area from other teams will happily contribute their talent and time (when they have it) to enhancing this area of the game community wide. We can all benefit from realistic environements and the products will be of use to all teams.
