Anyone? Bueller?

Hello, I recently patched to 1.08 and had not had the opportunity to play multiplayer till last weekend, so I have no idea if the issue was there for me before the patch. As soon as I intitiate the multiplayer module I experience severe stuttering to the point of it looking literally like a slide show. I know it is not a lag issue, as I have an extremely strong fiber-optic powered high-speed connection (FiOS mid-grade package). I also do not understand how it could be a machine issue. My specs are: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Radeon x1600 512mb 6.14.0010.6698 Sound Blaster Audigy 5.12.0001.0608 2 GB DDR RAM ArmA 1.08US DirectX 9.0c
