Go over to one of the Bradley IFV's and press the "Action" button. A "UAV" option should pop up to be selected. I can't recall what one of the 3 Bradley IFV's that are with you it is you need to approach and do this to but it does work.

I'm on the mission called "Coltan Blues" where you are dropped off by a little bird at the top of a hillside and have to assault a mine complex. I have an M110 TWS but I can't get the scope view to come up or work. I managed to get it to work once, then came out of it and now it won't work at all. I'm pressing NUM PAD "/" for Optics View, is that right or am I missing something?. ---------- Post added at 10:53 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:48 PM ---------- No matter, worked out what I was doing wrong.

I am just getting back into Arma after a long lay off from it. I downloaded Igor Drukov's "Black Sword" and so far I'm well impressed. But I have a few questions, which hopefully, someone can help with. The radar stations, the secondary objectives. It says either "hack" or destroy them. Any ideas on the "hacking" part?. I have no clue where to find any codes to hack them, a few hints would be appreciated. I gave up looking for the codes and decided to just destroy them. How do you go about this?. I've tried satchel charges, RPG's etc, but they just explode and leave the radar stations intact and undamaged. Codes for driving the BDRM outside the radar station. I did a search here on the forums and Igor *HINTS* at where to find these saying something along the lines of "What sort of soldier do you think would be likely to be carrying codes?". I assume he means an Officer of some sort?. Laser Designator. How do you use this?. I've got the laptop, the LD's ( 5 of them ) and the LD scope. Apologies for all the questions, its just I was really enjoying this mission and then all of a sudden I find myself up against a brick wall as to how to proceed. Any assistance appreciated.

I can only find a brief mention in the manual of this "Concentration mode" to hold your breath when sniping in order for you to squeeze off a more accurate shot. How do you implement this, what key on the keyboard does it or is it something you do with the mouse?. Thanks.

You press "T" and select what team member you want to switch to. Only problem being, after I switch to the Saboteur, the team leader opens fire as does the other sniper and all hell breaks loose!!. Tried making sure they are both set to "Hold fire" before switching but it doesnt seem to help. This mission looks fun, but its very tricky. How do you get them to swap weapons?.

Is it giving you the grey box pop up error saying "Please insert the original disc instead of a backup"? Like this?:- It also happened to me today, after patching up to 1.05. After a bit of digging around, it would appear that along with the game fixes contained within the 1.05 patch, there has also been a Securom update included too, which is affecting some people. The only "fix" I found for it, was to go into your Device Manager as per the Securom website support suggestions and check if your disk transfer mode is set to DMA instead of PIO. Mine was already, as you would imagine, set to DMA. However, some users have reported that if you change the transfer mode to PIO, reboot the PC and then change it back to DMA and reboot once again, it seems to cure the problem. It seems to have done so for me anyway, although I'll find out once I've finished this post if its still ok. Hope that helps. It worked for me anyway. Â
