Where did you get ACE from? And where did you get CBA from? -
This is default for me on Windows 10. What @BohemiaBeckwas saying where the APP data was stored, as this also where your rpts are stored etc.

CBA is a requirement of Ravage, it wouldn't work without it! You say you tried with both mods, do you mean Ravage and CBA or some others?

Maybe you have been banned on servers using Infistar, have you tried contacting the server hosts on their forums? -
