My opinion is that this behaviour of strange animation has to do with performance safe up, or in other words why do you need animations on units which are in most cases not visible or far away!?. It has nothing with netcode nor bandwidth. I remeber I've have seen this behaviour on last ArmA trailer when there were a lot of north Sahrani soldiers runing and when a group of Abrams are roling...pay atention on far units.

Heh, yep, we see a lot of this activity It's basically short-sightedness. The people who bought the latest gear think that they should be able to crank the graphics up to maximum and reap the rewards of buying leading edge components. Instead I am pleased when these people report low framerates (I get reasonable framerates with my old 6800GT so it scales both ways quite well), it means that the engine is pushing an incredible amount of data around, and the engine will scale for the next few years as hardware gets faster. This is a game engine to last 4 years or so if OFP is anything to go by (even if it ends up in Game2) so I reckon the latest hardware should be scaled for medium settings myself. What's so strange when people wining about framerate and game play DMarkwick when they are with 3.6GHz processors, 7xxx series and 8xxx and 1GB rams ? Key question is: - What do you mean by recomended?, recomended for what? - What do you mean by reasonable framerates? - What is good resolution for you? Damn...people have to stop with pronoun!...like, more good, better, less, more fluid,... I mean we all have different perception scales of things...so for me word "recomended" means game play above 25fps. There is no other explanation from dev. side what recomended means!. So...I'm free to believe into anything else and I have right to get mutiny otherwise. Disable AA, Disable Shadows, Disable AF and set all other on Normal in order to have ~24fps with above recomended is fraud!

Every game need good Campaign or Story in order to suck the player in...,after that, multiplayer and all other thingies are plus!. This way, like BF2, you are just "cutoff" off the game soul...like you are throwin into the game without point. OpF's Storyline, campaign, made Flashpoint a cult...not addons!, addons and mods came after!...and a lot of people were inspired by it. This is why ArmA has no "soul" Damn...only game beside Flaspoint that suck me into gameplay is Mafia!, even there aren't any mods nor multiplayer available for it, I play it from time to time...and in that way I feel somehow conected to the game...

Please take a note on AA, AF and Shadows!: Allthough those are different bushes it's same effect on both. FPS varies in ~3 frames from shown here and there!. RMB on shortcut, which target is "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\startbetapatch.bat", and click Edit not Properties!. Then add what ever mod folder you want.

Just one thing in CM`s Flashpoint 2 would and can eat ArmA...and it's physics in which ArmA lacks havely!. I rely on Game2 as it comes with BI`s new engine, I remember I've read somewere it will use havoc engine physics!. This way both in OpF and ArmA all objects and vehicles get me feeling they have same weight.

Well...competition is allways healthy! If "ArmA: What Ever" does`t become playable and optimized soon (as it is not now) it will die!...constant sttrugle for survival as a cripple with each and every one of patch wont do good. Soldner was a very very good example...of how unfinished product get's wiped out of theatre stage. Even rewamped version of it didn`t do any good to game, simple as it is...players tasted bitter and created self a bad picture!. But rewamped version is still shitty couse of engine...and I say it's same as ArmA: What Ever. CM`s Flashpoint 2 can only be an "open your eyes BIS" sign and it can only do good. As you all know it's not the same when you run a race alone or there is someone next to you to compite with. I whish to CM to finish their game and BIS to improve ArmA and only players can get honey out of that race I mean c'mon # real life # at least nVidia 7900GT or better, with at least 256 MB of onboard RAM. # at least ATI X1900 or better with at least 256 MB of onboard RAM If Game2 is to compare to Flashpoint 2 in 2008 then what the hell is with ArmA`s first birhtday?.

Please someone confirm performaces are better near vegetation, and is the game's menu the same?!.

hmmm...SNDW? There is no such uniform in service!, blue digital cammo for urban?. You know our Police force had Tiger stripe but that was like five years ago and it wasn't digital. Allso your CAJ Field units are not real life right?. Becouse CAJ does not have these uniform sheme...green, brown, black (SMB)?!. It's very nice too see eford to make your country's units but you need to do them look realy good... You need to work harder and more!... Just one more thing...this is M-89 cammo (CAJ do not wear this) and your cammo sheme is too big on uniform (I hope you understand me), sheme needs to be smaller. Allso weapons used in your AddOn is not real reprezetation of those used by CAJ!. Please take some time...get right info...work harder and then release it...

Hej, Radnik! I liked "Awakening" the most from de Melo. I've read a couple of his books. IMO the Awakening is the most to-the-point work of his. I could say it greatly changed my perspective. Sure...de Melo is great spiritaualist, I read "Awakening" too...he's a little bit radical in some points rather then Echart Tolle who is my top spiritualst. All recomendations. Now..imagine walking de Melo as your firend (...if you do not have one allready)...hehe I have luck I met one
