Do you have some kind of functions set to your mouse buttons and wheel with some mouse config program? I have a Logitech mouse and with the LogitechMouseware program I have to set wheel and middle button just to function like a third button and if I remember right I have to set the wheel to MS-Office compatible scrolling.

It's not the first time the Codmonsters pull something out of their arse.

Yes, those sniper rifles are quite useless. GR actually feels like paintball with its bullet spraying guns (don't know what kind of Shakin'-Stevens trained the Ghost Recon soldiers but their grouping must be really bad at the firing range) but it still is fun because I don't have to think much when I play it. Sometimes after a long day at work I just want to reset my brain and blast some bad guys. But OFP is 100 gigazillion times better than GR.

You just have to wish that they release the Osprey model as an add-on when the VBS is ready.

It has not been confirmed but they talk about some future projects. Everyone can draw their own conclusions about that. And if they make OFP2 then the release date would probably be somewhere after 2005.

*innocent look* Who? Me? I have only a slight problem. I can't test the face because I can't get the picture to my own computer because my computer at work doesn't have a cd burner and my computer at home doesn't have a floppy disk drive. So the outcome might not be the best possible.

Back to the topic. It's just some heavy lag. Happened to me once and it went on for couple of minutes. I was the driver of a tank then and first it froze on the spot, then it warped somewhere. Warped again, Scotty beamed me up and then down again. Then I found myself in the water driving a circle. And suddenly I was somewhere in the map and the game continued normally. And yes, I was not smoking anything (at the time).

And when you reinstalled your gfx card drivers did you actually uninstall the previous drivers first? Try again and then go to OFP-preferences and press 'autodetect' like Avon instructed. I had a similiar problem and I that was the only cure. I hope you get it working.

Maybe the cleaning person pulls the plug from the server every time he/she wipes the floors.
