ok, i've decided to use an external script because i need to make a nice breifing that is given to you be an officer after you've picked up some men! heres a little expample of what i would like them to say! Base is the name of the officer Base "ok men, you've all been chosen from the different forces to make a new elite squad" wait 15 seconds (i'll probubly change it later if i think its to long) Base "You won't quite be SAS or Seals, but you'll be pritty elite, we're going to put you on a test mission" another 15 seconds wait Base "Your target will be a small russian base that some snipers from our recon squads found!" another 15 seconds Base "You won't have any support on this mission, your all going to have to pull together" Another 15 seconds Base "Now you resistance members better speak good English, now get in them jeeps and go!" Thanks in advance for any help!

now, how do i run it from ingame? I know i have to put it in the games folder, but now how do i run it? and what do i call it? somthing.sqm? or .sqs? Do i save it in word format then change the name, or do i use wordpad or notepad?

i was looking for a sqs or sqm or whatever, i need to make a long bit of speech. i need to know how to run the sqs and everything else to make this thing work correctly. All you need to do is write down one with no messages so that i can copy and paste and add my own bits. thanks

i was just wondering about the army.mod website and noticed these, and didn't want to have one thread for 2 or more things! Cuz it just gets to crouded with different info and hard to refer to!

The British army used to use very good reliable guns, The Bren being one! Another gun we used for a very long time was the 1918 LeEnfield sniper rifle, the most acurate in the world in fact, and we only stoped using it in 1991.

Warhammer mod, its set really far in the future, but after a great war, and lots of technology has been lost! Imperial gaurd are armed with laser weapons, But the Space Marines are armed with weapons that fire a sort of explosive sabot bullet. It has a wide veriety of tanks, only problem is alot of them have more than 1 turret! They are alot of different weapons, they have 4 bolters alone, Bolter, Bolt pistol, Heavy Bolter, Storm bolter. Bolter and bolt pistol according to game rules are exactly the same, cept bolt pistol only takes up one hand! Heavy bolter fires a larger shell And storm bolter (maby fires the same cal bullet as bolter, but i expect smaller) fires at a very fast rate! They also have aircraft, some that could be classed a chopper (low flying hovercraft) and proper fighters. Sombody made a dorp ship that actualy costs Å200!

i'm in the school rugby team, its fucking great! You get so used to pain that we punch each other in celebration! I tackled a 13stone player and managed to carry him halfway down the pitch before asking my self why i was doing it and dropped him just so i could pick the ball back up!

you can download police units: These are Police officer Police officer with Hat thingy FBI agent SWAT team member SWAT team sniper You can add civilians to west and resistance sides, but i have noidea if they will actualy shoot at sombody if orderd to be the resistance leader!

is it possible to add ammo to a person so that other units can get it from them, just like in WW2 when people would run around carring ammo for machine gunners and spare mags!
