    Just make the Bears, they're look well cool. The Weyland Yutani Sniper rifle is cool to, its a railgun, AP and explodeds on impact. Its actualy designed to kill preds, they often try to set up traps on AvP2, but, well, i'm far to smart for that one! Look on that web address i gave earlyer, it has loads of pictures of the Bears and the Corperates, just to remind you, the Bears are hired by the corperations as extra fire power -"I hear fowley got his arms ripped off by one of the bears" -"Nah, he was having an arm ressling contest, the guy got so pissed off he broke both his arms!" -"They used to use the bears to teach towns a lesson, only problem is, when the bears are done there is no more town"

    Copy and paste?

    ctrl plus.... x = cut c = copy v = paste I think thats correct, they usualy just come to me when i need them! Its like when playing on a console came, i cant tell you the controls, but i know them when i'm playing!

    Has anyone tried not fighting in ofp?

    in the earlyer redhammer missions, i find I and other team members survive more if i find a nice bush to hide under and let them handle things, i have no idea why! I can just hide in a bush and watch and more of them survive!

Alice, you don't fight the one in the film, you fight the militery grade Alice, weapon systems inclued Laser beams, multi-barrel cannon (minigun), missiles, flamer. If you have a rocket launcher you can take one out easily if you can get out of bear of its weapons. A Predator is weaker but you have to find it first, but the marines rocket system can actualy track them, the rocket system also warns you when its pointing at a potential target! I have no idea if this is possible in OFP!

    Yo, i've realized that they are called USCM, but i'm sure i've heard them being called UCMCs. And the games do follow to the book, cept for that AVP1 M41 RPG launcher thingy. I'll check out the aliens time-line, but the US in aliens can't mean the same as the current US, cuz theirs loads of English speaking marines, one of them that i have seen is a pilot. And the Aliens universe is the same as AvP and Predator, because if you check at the end of Predator 2, you will see, in the trophy cabnet for the predators, a Xenomorph drone skull (Thats a normal alien to most of yous!. You could already easily make a Yuet-Ja (Thats a Predator to most of yous), I mite not be able to make the plasma caster (Sholder cannon) very well, but you could make a spear gun and a plasma pistol!

    Well, all we need now is a motion scanner script! And does the sholderlamp follow the head movement? You gunna make a smartgun? I know its not gunna fit the player model but it'll give somthing to go with the m60 and pk!
  7. Maby two waypoints right next to each other, i'm talking metres, and cycle them! If they're close enough to the waypoints they'll stay static, but if they move out to intercept they'll get the waypoint again! It mite work!

    It would be good if medics acted as medics first, soldiers second, they should try running to the injured guy, its real annoying finding that command! Would be cool if they did somthing like what the troops in band of brothers do, they keep fighting but they try to protect the injured guy! Only the Medic and maby somebody else taking orders from the medic will actualy tend to him! They try to protect the injured out of respect, he took a bullet, but it could just of easily have been you.

    Ok, found it! Its UCMC, United Colonial Marine Corps. They're the militery branch set to go to all of the Human colonys all over space! go to http://www.avpnews.com/avp2/species/avp2marine.html for some good pictures of the UCMC Rural/Jungle Camo. You really should of made them in this instead, since Earth, and Everon/Malden/Kolgujev/Nogova are all pritty rural like!

    And the Corps have loads of British troops too. It mite be USMC, but i know it doesn't stand for what you think it does! And you havn't followed my advice about the Camo either! Can you remember what i said? And if you want sounds for the APCs guns just send me an e-mail, both guns actualy give the same sound. Hope you get to make some Xenomorphs, and maby a Yeut-Ja!

    The Games Taken from the Film, exactly, why would they change it from USCM to UCMC just for the game? Anyways, nice addon, i finaly have resistance so i can use it now! Nice one! Gunna download it now!

    They're not United States Colonial Marines, I think its UCMC anyway isn't it! United Corperate Marine Corps i think, it must be cuz in AvP1 the Corperation seem to have absolute power over the militery and can call off operation if they're to costly! Infact in the AvP1 story line the corperation tells the militery to stop trying to save you, but when the corperates leave the militery Pappa Bear thingy comes back and saves you!

    "4's been hit!" would be better i think! Since in a battle field scenario a soldier can still be shot and made useless yet still be alive! In Wolfenstein (I know the games mostly unrealistic) if you get 'killed' your actual still alive but you can move, medics can come and heal you with (what i think is) adrenalin and then give you med packs. Enemy soldiers can get their knifes out and stab'ya till you actualy are killed. And you can die from grenades both friend or foe. And of course, if you die by stand on top of a grenade your blown away and you can be healed at all! I love wolfenstein, i always play as an engineer and drop a grenade on top of an enemy machine gun!

    Everon evac

    This took me ages to complete, i just used to blitz across the field, then i'd steel the trackter and drive to the forest to the south/southwestertly. Then i'd get killed! After about 50 trys and getting real far i finaly got to the waypoint and the resistance guys doing the assault (I'm trying not to spoil it) killed me with a grenade. I then went totaly insane and did a few death charges towards squads of men and BMPs, then i turned into rambo (from the first film) and got real stealthy, finaly got to the waypoint again and didn't get killed by the resistance people!

    For a laugh i took that BRDM and took it for a joy ride, i was getting chased by a hind so i ditched it, and on my walk i found an empty T-80 (mite of been t-70) at B.i,6.1. You mite find that useful, aslong as you can take out them hinds before they get off the ground you'll be fine and you need to get them RPG soldiers!

    and East, West, Civ, Res, name! So we can easily have things such as: A Script that is activated by sombody from the East seeing a Resistance soldier, On Activation | East setbehaviour "Aware" | And that would make all of the east soldier set as aware!

    So what do you people think? Anybody willing to help me make cutscenes? I've tried before my self but they suck, the only ones i can make involve the waypoint and trigger camaras!

    In WW2 Churchill made an underground army that was ready to hide underground should the Nazis invade. If the front line passed over them they would sneak out and cause havok. In my new Campaign you'll play as one of these soldiers but against the Soviets on Nogova trying to keep your squad alive with a limited supply of weapons and no re-enforcements, you'll have to hold out untill Nato decides to invade and help the people of Nogova. The First targets of the British guys in WW2 were: 1. Chief of Local police, this is because he's the only person who knows who you are and where you are and could inform the Russians of you. 2. Supply Lines 3. Use your stealth skills to infiltrate russian tank depos and destroy meny tanks.

    What's the 'standard' infantry load?

    Wouldn't the squad change slightly depending on the battle/enemy! If your going against some kind of terrorist enemy in a screwed up battered city you wouldn't have any AT men would you (My guess is you'd have more grenadiers), and if your enemy has a big airforce/army aircorps wouldn't you have more/addictional AA men!

    DAMNIT! erm, any way we can count howmeny mags are left and mearly replace them with the unsilnced mags? You sure they can fire the same ammo? I've got the RPG to fire LAWs.
  25. I don't think even bis know how to do this. What they did in the campaign was just made it fade in from black so by the time you could see the chopper was moving!
