  1. I'm making a campaign based on that new island called Sarugao (Thats not the correct spelling, i think). Its pritty simple, Resistance trying to run a load of Russians off their islands (Sarugao actualy has 3 islands on one map). The British and Americans join in after a while and you'll get to play as people from them. You'll need alot of addons, such as those from fortress-ofp.com (Or ofp-fortress.com). On the Resistance side of it you get to play as a Kozlice welding Rookie but will then get armed with an MG42 and then into the speicle forces. These missions will be hard, since a 4 man squad call 3 russian squads and a t-80 a "push over". On the American side you'll play as a Tank commander, their'll be some M1A1 and M2A2 action. On the British side you'll play as an L86a1 operator (thats an LSW operation, light support weapon) and i'll think about some missions when your in command of a squad too. I'm planning on making a D-day mission that will have ALOT of scripting (I'll need help on that). This scripting should provide respawning for the AI's so that they all apear behind the player and carry on running along the beach, expect somthing not far off MOHAA d-day mission but with alot more freedom. please post some insperational text up in this thread, and e-mail me at HazieDaVampire@aol.com if you would like to help me script my missions.     you should lock it, i made another, an exact copy but with a little more info in the first post. Just lock or delete this one or whatever!

    so whenever a trigger is activated with that a man will die, a tank will blow up, and there for a mine will blow up in the face of the man who activated the trigger and kill'em too!

    well maby not 700, and they're fighting a low budget soviet army (Its only a small island, the soviet government wouldn't put to much money into keeping it). And the landing mission only has two 12 man squads in some higgins boats. More hlep on the mine please, i'd like internal scripting

    may i remind you that this beach landing is being preformed by a small 700man army, the best airforce they can muster is some civil prop aircraft, their airdefense is old flak guns and heavy machine guns (But not up to shilka standards). I just took a look and i spelt it correctly hehe, i don't have resistance so i don't really know what that island is like. I'm sure i once found a mine that was just a normal AT-mine with a trigger over it that made it detonate at ofpec, i need somthing as simple as that using no external scripting.

    well bis should make it a download, and not just forget about us, i'd get resistance but i'll find it pritty useless cuz i'm lower than min specs! (I'll be way above in a few months time. 2.3ghz, hehe!

    Sombody should upload things like the Resistance bridges, just so us without resistance can play these custom islands! The screenies do look real cool.

    How about one with an M60 on the side, and a Army Air Corp Chinook with minigun, since they're actualy standard on AAC Chinooks.

    lol, i was gunna say the model looked crap, then i seen the picture of a real one. Thats an amazing model, and plane. How about a resistance one with weapons? Sombody should make one that drops grenades, that would be good!

  16. How do i make a hole load of smoke grenades drop from behind a helo that is flying along (kinda like a para drop but close together to look like a spray). I'm also needing some kind of scripting person to help me make other scripts for my new campaign! Its based in 1990 (alternative universe type dimension thingy) and the Russians have managed to take over the Malden island chain and Allied American and British forces are going to invade and kick them off. You start of in a beach landing onto Kolgujev as a Royal Marine (No name yet), and quickly take over the island because the Russians are trying to get their scuds off to the more Secure Malden island. You then invade Malden just to the north west of the airbase in a very dramatic beach landing with Artillary raining down on you and two machine guns up at the top of the beach with some static cannons. As you get through the island your forces rate of advance slows down and American forces decide to quickly use some Experimental bio weapons (They use them because they are desperate to seize the scuds from the russians), when the bio weapons drop a load of spec ops and scientists start coming onto the island and start wiping out or capturing any survivers and you decide to join the Resistance (The Resistance on malden hasn't gotten very annoyed with the Russians and don't mind being on the Russians side in the fight! Only Kolgujev and Everon have Allied Friendly resistance). A band of the Malden resistance (Russian friendly) decide to help you if you can help them get to a boat and sneak off to Everon, so you get to Everon and Rejoin with Allied forces and manage to get away with it cuz the British officers are pissed cuz they've lost quite a few men. I just need a talinted scriptor who can make up these scripts to make loads of bio weapon spraying and other cool effects!

    well, does anybody know a simple script for droping smoke grenades from a chopper in a line! I don't care about thinning, its gunna be far away from the player in the mission, so i don't really mind! Anything cept for creating a new addon that results in smoke coming drop a chopper (While going down! This isn't hot/fire smoke!

    if your doing this in every soldiers init thing, to save time don't bother naming them and just name the truck or chopper and put: this moveincargo truck/chopper

    yeah that would work too, thats what i was kinda hoping for, thinning out to invisable just above the ground. I just didn't think that was possible!

    i forgot to add that you also play as an American medic, Machine gunner, and an SAS operative! And possibly some M2A2 Action!

    The mounted machine guns are as they say, mounted, they are classed as veichles in OFP.

    You could try making a script to simulate the firing! Or do you need to see the machine gun fire at it?

    in the read me file for the F16 v1.3 (i think) i says the person has fixed the bouncing problem with the aircraft carrier! Maby the person who made the f-16 knows somthing we don't!
