hey spinor wot do u mean <x> and "<text>"? <x> doesn't stand for anything and u can't use it "text" won't activate cuz i apparently aint gotta number in there.

hey RED i would love to help and u kow i have some great ideas but im stuck up at the moment and u know all bout that. do u know how long its gunna take u to make the campaign....#### of along time. tell u what once i get my mission finished i will help. but don't expect too much from me cuz if im gunna make the general get shot in the head on the outro theres gunna have to be another version. but count me in.

yeah ive always wanted to know that. i hate it when u start the mission and u have the radio command already available. i need that in my mission i think. send it to me when u get it plz.

hey man do u recon u could make me a script for that? i could send u the mission. its only a little corny thing that hass been put together in bout 15 mins but it would be cool to see wot it turns out like.

its only a quick fiddle but looks pretty cool... i will send it over to show wot happens... its pretty funny but when i finish the mission im working on now i will make an ubduction mission... so far all ive got is a man in the desert and sees a light. music starts playing..kind of spooky and then all these lights start turning on round it. when they've finished i need the light to fly of away from the island.. thinking bout it im gunna make a base and ur a pratrolman and then u see it see it. just don't nick the idea!!!!!!!!!!

i have this light that i want to move somehow to make it look like its flying.

in editor save it as singleplayer or mulitplayer mission. the goto into the game folder and open up the mission folder. in there u shall find a file "nameofmission.pbo" where nameofmission is the name of your mission.

have u tried the merging selection to merge missions with missions in editor?

sure i'll have a look but i can't e-mail u cuz im at school and they've banded us from using e-mail. how f%cked up is that! i will when i get home.

yeah its called editor upgrade. there r round three out so far.

use the editing addon. this lets u put any streetlamp, any colour anywhere.

i still dont understand how to do cutscenes. soz thats not ur q but r cutscenes basically trigs with different cameras?

its either the memory on ur comp which really shouldn't be depleted or the game hasn't got them memory to sustain the amount ur using....thats if ur using it in the game. basically ur lacking in memory of some sort.

its as simple as that. Most of peoples problems r to do with them not knowing how to use the "sync" action. it would help us all though if u search for the subject u r gunna ask becuz there r loads of the same things out there and loads of people have different ways of doing stuff so u can practice with wot ever they say. just use the search engine at the top of the site. :cool:

i agree with alex. we should have a vote on what we really need in the game. so far in reading these posts we should stop the aricraft and bring in more boats infantry and civs. we don't have alot of civi's 3 men and nurses. not alot.

u can have wotever u like. if u don't want it don't bloody use it. its simple isn't it!

these planes r gunna have to stop. think bout it. everyone says their gunna pass ove the islands in secs, which is true but wots the point in having them. r u really gunna have a chance of hitting anything? u would have that sort of thing if it were planes against planes.

y u all talking bout flight sims for this is ofp we're talking bout here :biggrin:
