bigger vehicles = more fuel = logistical p.i.a.True but if the vehicle just needed one recharge before going from frinedly  territory to hostile and back like the massive  bomber,it would probably attack fromm  insanely hih altitudes and bombs would zip down to the target like a skydiver falling out a plane,it would be out of range for most weapons and if interceptor planes did manage to reach it they weapons would be too weak to damage it assuming there isn`t some secret nuclear sidewinder missiles Â
Would such a large structure  be harder to make in the same way if we hurled a person out of a tall building they would burst when they hit the ground whereas a spider would survive?

Thinking about ho everyone and their goat has started driving about in those silly 4x4s or SUVs as u lot on t he other side of the pond call em(quick children, get in the monster truck so can drive u a mile to school).Looking back on it,it started off here with ppl buying landrovers and other similiar vehicles and then the manufacturers cottened onto this and built all these silly vehicles like ppl carriers and hybrids between 4x4 and saloon cars and all the other odd oversize cars.
Now i get to the point of the thread,how come military vehicles are still smallish,what reason is there behind not having a gigantic tank or a bomber thats about the size of a city block that could of flattened iraq on one pass or even a collosal warship.Is it a case of not putting all ur eggs in one basket??

I wonder what  will happen to the  poorer countries or the  modern buisness man who won`t be able to afford the new battlesuits to keep up with  the arms race,so i came up with this  idea.
Here is the prototype  design for GHETTOSUIT
1. Aquire heavy weaponry and ammo such as this twin machine gun.
2. Aquire stabilised arm(like the picture below)and mount a firearm on each arm.
3. FIx  stabilised arms onto an artificial muscle structure, exoskeleton or mounting points.

Now u should have ended up with a nice little battlesuit.
If ur suit doesn`t already have nbc protection and u have a spare gasmask u can upgrade to NBC protections for the cost of a couple of bin bags and some duct tape,extra armour comes at no extra cost if u live next to an armour shop with a faulty lock

Now that u mention it,how do the bizon magazines work,infact how do the drum/C-mag/windup airsoft magazines work.

There's a principle called "innocent until proven guilty"!That only works  in the movies,why do u think the cops can take ur finger prints,photo and DNA sample if they arrest u .They`re supposed to destroy the records if u aren`t convicted or they decide to let u go but whats to stop t hem keeping it
As for these RFID chips,it  isn`t just a  tesco thing.
If u look up rfid on google theres loads  of stuff about it.

If they changegd the shape of it it could probably work underwater too like if they flattened it and added extra commands to the microcontroller so it was on the flat side on land then flipped 90 degrees to swim in water.

One thing that bugged me when the fires saterted during the heatwave.
I remember when we used to  play with supersoakers the more u pumped them up to make them go longer distances the more the water sprayed wider  where it came out the gun meaning that a good bit of  it went into the surrounding air and  not  on  ur  target.
How would u get the water to go farther at a higher pressure without widening the barrel of ur watergun or in the case of firefighters,the hose ??

That reeminds me  of the funny nature program  that was on over here a while  back   that had a robot shark sent out to observe other sharks which  i missed Â
I think u can buy those muscle wires urself if u wanted to go off making some crazy droid from Maplin but i can`t find them on the website Â

I think it would work best if u could just pop ur head out but no shooting or at least innaccurate shooting when peeking round corners.

Who had a problem with not being able to uninstall Army ops and how did you solve it? I noticed I have 2 Army ops in the Remove programs window, one is on 800-900 meg and the other one is around 1300, I can't uninstall the 800 one.Actually F1 ping is the most accurate one....A clanmate of mine who hosted a AA server and played on it on LAN got about a ping of 20-30 in F1 but in stat net he got something like 70-80, even when i play on it i usually get 70-80 in F1 and about 150-180 in stat net
That doesn't mean that F1 is more accurate.
F1 is the scoreboard right and stat nets just the little network monitor.
I hate games engines like the quake 3 and UT2k3 which have a console but don`t include a readme to telll u all the damn commands
I also hate the stupid punkbuster program for its lag and bug issues

u need Magna-Volt,kills em stone dead and  wont even run down  ur batteries Â
 Heres its cooled down to about 22-25C but  it feels much cooler,maybe because of lower humidity or breezes Â

Unless its surface area was great enough to overcome this
I think attack capabilities to size is another t hing to consider.
A crude example would be comparing a person versus a group of piranhas.Plus loads of little units can be in more places at once where as a big one can only be in the same place at once which is another reason why i think nature doesn`t have big animals but that would be more to do with the size of animal and the size of its food.
