Blackland, german community manager ? :D Don't know that we have a own community manager here... Whatever don't understand that the KI is that final that it has obvouisly big problems. We know BIS celebrate these feature as one of the main features months before and its still not working correctly 2/3 month before the release. :rolleyes: -

The game looks good as we know now and the story seems to be return the quality as it was in OFP as real story. But the main parts, the AI (the author said the micro-AI isn't really working , blackouts and no reaction to fire of the player), the usage (especially the High Command is very difficult), the sounds (some mixing errors of the sounds), the communication system between player and AI (especially in the High Command, it's very difficult to know where is your troop and the health status of them), the physic engine (view the vid) , the night lightning is disastrous (reminds me to ArmA) and many more little and bigger things, let me think that ArmA 2 looks nice but isn't finished for a long time yet and needs many polishing. I hope BIS had their ears and eyes open and look into the critics and don't hole up themselves now. As the author said, eighter we get a masterpiece or a catastrophic game. -

Thanks for your statement about this Marek, but it would be better if you write explicit what you mean "how they reviewed" because I think the most of the people here don't speak or can't read the cz-language. If it's not possible to name it directly, make hints or paraphrase what you mean. Thanks. :) -

But you still not seeing how it is winter in Sahrani and how it is winter in Malden a.s.o. So why should they include these seasons in ArmA2? Â btw. sorry, don't know that ACE is ArmA2.

Yes there will be mortars, hopefully. Seeing (0:17). I think no, because the island is in autumn season so there is no reason to create new seasons and how shall they change them? in Realtime? :ugly:But maybe BIS had a nice suprise for us and include a summer style island with green trees. Yes one is confirmed sofar, ground fog.EDIT: thanks for the translation.

Thats really humble that there will only an improved OFP-Editor. I mean the editor is one of the mainfeatures of all games and why can't they improve it with a 3D Modus ? Matt said it, the comm. show us that it's possible. I mean the rest, with the modules sounds very promising and I'm curious about that feature, but now we have year 8 after the OFP release. Many other games were devoloped and included a 3D Editor, why can't it be for BIS Games?

The onlineplatform of the german pc-magazine Gamestar covered a little article about a new technology, called 3D Vision which allow the user to get a real 3D experience to movies, pictures and pc games (still 300 atm). So my question is, is BIS planing to adjust their games to this system or are there future plans to support it? But how many people own such system? SLi and Crossfiresystems are very expensive and their are still a niche product for highend systems.

I still hope that BIS is reading the comments about the sound suggestions after the last video release. But I've the feeling that BIS will fix that and their are just placeholders because the difference between the airplane sounds and soundsamples for explosions or weapons is to big. So why should do BIS make just one sound very well and leave the rest with the old ArmA sounds.

Yes the trailer is really good. pro: - cool Trailer - old OFP Feelling - all the other pro things of the trailers before neg: - some old ArmA sounds, especially the explosion sound - animation - flying MG at the helo - some little LOD problems
