There ya go using the imagination. You could also think of it this way, its peace time, Nogova does not have a large military force, so they use SWAT teams to keep the peace and to keep drugs of the island. Nogova could have a scenario where drug traffic is on the rise, and threating to add Nogova to the drug ring. Thats why SWAT teams would be needed. -Quicksilver

You know that SWAT teams also operate in wooded areas too right? That especially true in North Carolina. Even if Nogova is a small island you could just set the time set up a couple years (1996 or something), and then you could have Nogova as what ever you want. Mabye it is trying to become a safe haven for crooks. Just a thought. -Quicksilver

Yea about the motorcycle i made a model of one (it still needs to be touched up, and textured).Overr at ofpec more than half the people that were there haven't came back yet, so the Additions to the Nogovan police force isnt fully fleged at all. It won't be long before we have a website up. If anyone want to join the team PM me. Or tell me here. -Quicksilver
