I second you there Daniel. I am still using this sound mod because it is that good but can you get rid of the clunking noise when your running? Everything else is absolutely brill. I have noticed that too.Even in the new version there is a weird ''interrupted'' loud noise when you move as a soldier.Except this your mod Fromz is absolutely great.I cant play online without it.

Now tell me, how the hell does the choice of the enemy make it a BF2 clone? OFP 2 and BF2 has nothing incommon, Bf2 is an buggy arcade shooter, OFP2 will be a military simulation. Damn, how can someone even think OFP2 is a BF2 clone? Propably he can guess the future...

OFP, yes, long time ago but wasn't fun for me so I quit. ArmA only the demo which wasn't fun either, since I lose interest very fast if forced to play with mouse/keyboard. I only play strategy games on the PC. Grim You are a console boy so no wonder why dont you like ofp/arma.So dont say your opinion for a game you are not going to play. Errm, he played Elite (iirc that has an UPDATED OFP engine) Problem with this community is that they will happily kill-off their little brother (called Elite). In stead of being PROUD that the OFP expanded to unknown territory .... no, you wouldn't want that to happen ... and you STILL don't ... how very ... Â (well, i will not go on , with P hinting at my language) He played Elite and he said that he didnt like it.So iI said that this happens cause he is a console boy.Then I said not to express his opinion about ArmA2 cause he is not going to play it.This is a topic about ArmA2 and not about elite,am i right? Do you know whats the problem with consoles?That every game that goes from PC to consoles is doomed.OFP/ArmA is somewhat realistic games and i think that they doesnt match with consoles cause i can hardly bring to my mind a realistic/sim game for consoles.Maybe there will be some cuts in PC version about ArmA2 because consoles cant handle them.I wish there will be different versions so the pc version have more staff.And yes I hate consoles.

Actually there is a suddenly drop of fps when you zoom in and zoom out.Also the textures dont load for 3 seconds.These things cause a lot of lag even with my 8800gts and with settings on low-normal.I 've tried higher settings but its getting worse.

Guys the size of the island doesnt matter.Sahrani lags cause its too big.So its useless to havea very big island which is unplayable.So plz concetrate to quality(gameplay,realism,physics) and not the quantity.

How can you judge rendered pictures and not judge the ingame pictures of ArmA2?This is not logical.Wait to criticise OFP2 when they release some ingame screenshots or video.Codies promised physics,gore dismemberement and realistic gameplay.I ll hate them if they not put these features in the final game.Same with ArmA2 they promise physics,building destruction but niw they say that these features are not going to be included in the final producy.So i am not going to buy ArmA2.I play ArmA whats the difference?

I want physics,realistic functions of tanks,aircrafts,choppers.I want to see thermal cams in tanks etc etc.Or these is only for VBS?Never mind i ll wait for OFP2

I think OFP2 will be a worthy succesor of OFP.Physics,gore dismemberment,realism,so much weapons and vehicles.All I can say is that i cant wait for this game.Also as I see the things at the moment I believe that OFP2 will own easily ArmA2.Just my opinion.

Did he said that ArmA2 is their last game for PC and they will concetrate only to console games in the future?

lol,it happens to me once.Suddenly i saw a face like the custom faces i put in my arma profile and i have to ctrl+alt+del the game to get this shit out of my screen.Its the best patch 1.14.

This is not a next gen game.ArmA 2 is supposed to be FOV=Field Of View
