Thanks man, that works great.

Here in Belfast I see HELOs every day, Pumas', Lynxs' and Gazells'. Saw a flight of F-3 Tornados once. Also we are close to RAF Aldergrove, during wartime, like for example the "Gulf War", if your lucky you can hear USAF B-52s ferrying over from the states, they refuel at Aldergrove I think. You never see them because they fly so high.

What about implimenting a system in multiplayer like that of DF:LW; whereby when someone is baddly wounded the medic has a certain amount of time to start working on him before he dies. The time could vary depending on how bad the wound is. I think this would add a real nice twist to co-ops.

After I get my degree I'm headed to the R.A.F. hopefully to be a pilot. Fighters or HELOs would be real nice. I've grown up in Belfast and that's the only thing that may stop me from joining the military, my community would frown on me serving in British forces; not that I really give a sh*t what they think anyway. It's the thought of maybe never being able to return home that gets me.

Someone will have to make KITT now Â

As mentioned earlier Airwolf itself was a Bell Model 222. Almost att of the bad-guys flew Loach's. That Airwolf model looks top-notch, We need to plead with the dude's who get oxygen now. BTW, does anyone rember the episode where the computer wen't nuts and they had to freeze at high altitude. Was that not cool?

I want an MH-6 'Little Bird' !!! :-)
PHY_Hawkeye replied to heyvern69's topic in ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Yeah I have that addon, it's very nice. Still an MH-6 would be superb. Time for some begging to BIS I think. -
There was also one where "the Lady" went up against another super-chopper. But it looked crap so it lost Â
-
Airwolf would rock. But we would also need a Loach to shoot at, seeing as how thats all the badguys ever seemed to fly.

"Look, a shooting star." "What do you mean she's you mother?" "Who's pin is this?" "It can't be bottomless." "Nuclear power is safe." "Why yes, I am a film critic." "It's the Stay-Puff Marshmallow Man!" "I bet I can outrun it." "He'll turn first." "Just because you're pointing a gun at my head doesn't mean you can order me around." "Why all the fuss, it's only your parents visiting." "It looks fine honey."

Someone has made an MH-6 but they haven't imported it into the game yet.

You will have to pay me though *taps nose*<span id='postcolor'> This from a guy who has the SAS badge as his avatar I really don't see the point in a European Rapid Reaction Force. Most countries that would be envolved already have military commitments to NATO and the UN. And a Euro force would probibly end up being nothing more than a copy of NATO without US envolvment. As for Britain entering into the Euro. I think it's a good idea. I mean the way I see it keeping the pound can only serve to create a rift between the U.K. and the rest of the E.U. But I'm no economist. As long as I don't gotta pay more for stuff I'm happy .

I need a little help. When making a mission I want objectives to appear mid-mission. I know how to make them appear in the mission, the problem is before the mission all the objectives all appear in the briefing. Can some one tell me how to hide objectives on the briefing screen?

Go D.C.!! I'd also like to see Eddie Irvine do well but I think we all know thats not gonna happen

Looks like Buffallo Base from the Campaign. Everon wasn't it?

Yeah sorry. My bad.Â

I think this very addon was just uploaded at OFP Editing Center

Points - You gotta keep you'r points up or you will start to get red X's on the debriefing. Too many of these and Col Blake (#### I hate him) will discharge you. As far as I can rember you get promoted as the story continues. It does'nt matter how well you do. (I think I'm wrong here) Aiming the M-16 - If you are alking about aiming through the iron-sights, then yes, place the top of the center stem on the target. However your angel of attack will dause a slight deflection and you'll have to compensate a little.

It's been a while but as I rember it, a friendly squad should move into the town to help with the mopping up. Perhaps there are a few reds that you missed in the town? Sorry I cant be of anymore help.

I would love to see more game like OFP on consoles, but the fact of the matter is that the majority would not. Most console owners are more interested in their 'Pick up and Play' capabilities. Thats why the most successful console games are normally sports games, racing games and shoot-em-ups.
-
Personally I don't think OFP would work well on any console. For a start in a game like this you need a good system for talking to other players, this would require players to shell out Å20-Å30 for a keyboard (Like the DC's). Secondly, I think OFP is too realistic for the console market. Unlike 'Perfect Dark' and 'Time Splitters' etc, where it's "Rambo style" most of the time (don't get me wrong, I love Perfect Dark and the like), OFP is very much a tactical sim, if you go all John Rambo you will die. Being an avid console Gamer I don't think the majority of console gamers would take to OFP, it's much more suited to the PC gaming market. OFP is like the Microsoft Flight Simulater of it's genra (spelt wrong I bet) Still, all this is just my opinion, feel free to shoot me down if you disagree.

Got mine from M*A*S*H. Either played be Alan Alda of Donald Sutherland, Hawkeye Peirce was cool. I've been using this nick since Delta Force 1.
-
To the best of my knowledge there is no offical Mission for the Kiowa. If you want to use it you'll have to make a custom mission through the editor. Not sure about the campaign, I compleated it in 1.00 and haven't really touched it much since patching.
