I think a combination of the two types of AI would be good, but I have to say i dont like the fact that the zombies come back to life in Yomies, aside from that its great. Keep up the good work everyone, a zombie mod has allways been my most wanted ofp addon ^_^

This has to be one of the most retarded decisions in the history of retarded decisions. Well done BIS, you just fucked your game up the ass.
-
well if you've got a 3dfx card you could try glide, or a glide wrapper. There was some glide drivers floating around a while back for linux.
-
You could try WINE, its a windows emulator for linux. Half-Life runs pretty well on it, 40 - 50 fps if you tweak it enough, dunno about OFP, worth a try i guess, but dont expect multiplayer to work.

there are several utilities that will capture screen contents to .avi or .mpg or whatever. The ones i've tried in the past are horribly unreliable, and tend to crash if you change resolution. allthough in OFP that might not be a problem, as you could alt-tab after the games started and turn the capture program on. I'll post some links in a min if i can find them

sounds excellent, looking forward to a release

I suppose, but if you wanted it to be more realistic some custom models wouldnt go amiss either

I think its a pretty good idea. and ofp is the perfect engine for it. However, not untill BIS release the proper tools for us to make such things. And the point in a MOD is that you take an existing engine and "modify" it into something else. you people are way too close minded.
